I think Parth has brokered a deal with BBC the production house of KY2 for a spot in JDJ as BBC are the producers of that show too. Niti mentioned that all the contestants for JDJ have been finalised so she would like to be considered for the next season of JDJ. They wouldn't have been able to take her on the show this season if Parth is already in it.

KY2 is most likely to wind up by June. So there is no point of him quitting the show now and burning his bridges with the PH.
