Bcoz dhruv also practiced in smoke bt oly if 4 agarbattis so he asked nandu why she couldn't sing den nandu also had doubt dat oly 4 agarbattis. Of course he won't trust manik now bcoz manik is biggest threat acc to dhruv. If u remember, Dhruv trusted nandu in goons case bcoz he just reacts as per situation.
