See the thing is he is not thinking about the past, as per the promo his thoughts are still lingering on Dhruv needs the concert and how can he break his friendship (brotherly bond) over Nandini's hope...he is not thinking about what Nandini's hope really means for both of them...being one. The only who can help him in this decision is Dhruv, that he willingly backout of the concert and let Manik perform...
