@Mehr - Don;t take promo for a big thing. They set up the equation. Till this point he is banking on Dhruv to back out because he trusts his brother like buddy. But with each passing moment and his own realization about what Nandini is to him and just his own need/love for her is making him wary with fear. It is forcing him to take a stand and not rely on Dhruv only. Hence his deliberation on Dhruv.
