Part One: Double Trouble

She pushed the room's windows wide-open feeling humid with the sudden raise of the room temperature. She smiles softly feelings the breeze touch her face, slowly passing through her hair.

Such a beautiful day on papa's birthday. She thought to herself.

She shut her eyes as the sunlight threw itself on her face.

"mm tan" she muttered

*Paused*

Nandini Siena Valenti. Twenty, she is the oldest in the twin by exactly two minutes. Nandini is an extremely beautiful mix-race lady who is a perfect cocktail of Italian, French and South Indian flavors. She is a girl with a golden heart, because of her soft nature she notices any individuals pain easily that's why her sister titled her as the "Xray of a human heart" Behind her spectacles are hidden her very sharp blue eyes that are her best features. She avoids getting tangled in any complications because she sees life as a simple storyline that is narrated by god. She is quiet by nature but straight-forward. She knows how to control her anger and when to use it as a weapon to protect herself. Even though the girl is in her second year of University doing a degree in Medicine, Nandini is very fond of music however keeps that sidelined only as a hobby. Her sister and younger brother are her soul.

"OH MY GOD! I give up!" She exclaimed firefly ripping the wrapping paper off the gift for the eight time. She narrowed her eyes over at her older sister who stared at her in disbelief.

"CHE COSA? Ho cercato" (Italian: WHAT? I have been trying)" She folded her arms sternly as she marched towards Nandini.

Niti Isabella Valenti. This hazel eye beauty is a mischievous personality who is a free bird. She believes in no restrictions but knows her limits. She is doing her degree in Maths but is very fond in photography. She is a talented photography who captures small happiness and memorable moments nicely in her camera. Niti is a wild party animal who sometimes comes to her University lectures with bad hangover, she is still ambitious because she has the ability to manage her social life with her education very well therefore her parents have never taken away her freedom but stand as strong pillars to support their daughter.

"Nans I can't do this, I don't understand why the wrapping paper hates me. What have I done to it" Niti faked cried hoping to be given another task that didn't involve wrapping gifts.

"It's only a gift, you can do it"

Niti frowned at her older sister.

"Please help me na"

"Arrivo" (Italian: Coming) Nandini fixes her glasses and came towards Niti.

*Play*

"Dad's awake twinies, we need to rush"

The girls shifted their eyes as their brother zoomed in their room through the balloons on the floor.

"Mi ci voluto molto tempo per far saltare i palloncini" (Italian: It took me a long time to blow those balloons) Niti said terrified realizing her brothers pace.

POP!

He covered his ears hearing the sudden loud sound.

*Pause*

Rishab Dino Valentie. Seventeen, foster son of Mr and Mrs. Valenti. He is the youngest child in the family, that's why he is much pampered. He is less of a talker.Rishab avoids interacting with new people because of his medical condition, his attacks that only his older sister can handle him during. He seems to be losing his self-confidence and his beginning to favour towards drugs.

"Non Vi risparmio" (Italian: I will not spare you) Niti stormed up and headed towards her brother.

*Stop*

*Fast-Forward*

He looked up at the clock and sighed.

"5 am! It's been four hours since I have arrived home from the airport and he won't let me sleep"

He threw the covers off himself annoyed and got out of his bed running his hands through his hair. He was losing his patience towards the noise of the electric guitar coming from his sibling's room. He grabbed his spectacles and marched out of his room.

"MANIK YOU LITTLE BRAT"

*Paused*

Parth Aaron Malhotra, half Spanish and half Indian. A charming and focused Twenty year old young guy. He is lessbut on the point speaker. This all-rounder is a complete bookworm. His entire focus is in his education and his career in Medicine however the liking for photography can distract him slightly. Such things as dating and partying don't exist in Parth's life unlike his twin brother. Parth is a gentle personality with expressive light brown eyes. He is his dad's ideal son but shares a love/hate relationship with his brother Manik however he never fails in protecting him as a promise made to his dead mother.

He stormed inside the messiest room in the house and pulled the guitar wire from its stand.
"PARTH YOU PRICK!"

*Paused*

Manik Adrian Malhotra, This short tempered rebellious green-eyed guy is no less than a AK-47, not everyone has enough capacity to handle this young man. Even though Manik is studying Maths in University, he is a very talented guitarist with a gifted irresistible melodic voice and portrays his emotions through his song lyrics. He has his own band with the name of FAB5, who are endowed artist but ruthless in personality like himself. He is closer to FAB5 more than his own family. He shares nothing but bitterness with his dad after the death of his mother and has drifted away from his brother because of it too. Manik is mischievous and sees no boundaries in what he does.

"GET THE HELL OUT OF MY ROOM' Manik exclaimed.

"I have had a long flight and I am in no mood to waste my energy over your childish acts so just shut the hell up and sleep! UNDERSTAND!"

Parth's anger was obvious but Manik couldn't care a damm, he shrugged his shoulder and passed a smile.
"Do you really think I care about your sleep big bro? Ah no, so leave". Manik's face harden.

Parth sighed in disbelief "Listen you little rat, your grateful Dad is not here-"

"And what would that old man do anyways? You really think he scares me?!". Manik coldly spat out.
"MANIK! He is our dad, have you forgotten all your god dam respect?" Parth pointed.

"He is YOUR dad. I hate him and that bloody women of his-" Manik clutched his hand into a fist to control his rage.

Parth moved towards Manik and hesitantly placed his hand on his shoulder.

"It's been three long years Manik"

Manik pushes Parth from his sight "ARE YOU THAT BLIND PARTH? Dammit why can't you see how much of a fake that Nyonika is"

"She is our mum now'"Parth plead through his words.

"Our mum is dead! And you clearly know why, just leave me alone Parth. LEAVE!"

Manik punches the wall b beside him.

"GET OUT!"

Parth stared at his soulful brother in saddens. Manik is completely broken and he won't let his pieces be joint back together.
