DAY 20! - To fight is to love!

In person they are fighting, over the phone they are fighting. In each other's company they are fighting.. Apart from each other's shadows they are fighting. Whilst asking questions they are fighting. When answering answers they are fighting. She's fighting as to why he's staring at her. He's fighting that she hasn't left and hence he can't stop staring at her. Whilst holding hands they are finding. Whilst pushing and pulling they are fighting.
The struggles are real. The struggles of being in love. Even amidst fights, the love can't hide. They are fighting to stay away from each other. Yet they are fighting to stay with each other.

He's her ultimate goal and she's his ultimate goal. And their ultimate dream is to achieve this goal. Back to back they stand for now. Because face to face they wish to stand for life.

The need is increasing!

"Agar woh sach mein mujhse pyaar karta na...toh mujhe akela chod ke jaata hi nahi"

"No! You're wrong! Tum sab galat ho"

What is this Mr Malhotra?! Do I smell a clean victory somewhere? She's not here but I hope you're keeping the score.

Ironic isn't it? You want your best friend to believe in her love. Believe in him. Abhi. Fight for him. Give him one more chance. Then where is your fighting spirit? Why have you left her alone in this battle? Nandini. Why must she fight for her hope if you're not interested in hoping anymore? Or are you trying to mask your feelings again? Pretend that this replacement is the least of your worries at this stage. Naaah.. can't be! A bandaged finger you couldn't tolerate and you want her to believe that you're ready to accept this replacement? Let me answer it in your own words. "Bullshit!"

Today you've managed to regain one position. Your fingers and her hair reunited. Tomorrow you will reclaim your other rights too. Your and her shall be reunited. In the world of music. At the concert of hope. On the stage of love. That day we shall witness the victory of this fight. The fight to become each other's.

So Nandini...tell me. Why don't you want to tell him about your cut? Why hide the reason? Never mind. He guesses the culprit anyway. And yet again you protect him. Protect him from his own anger. This is what you were fearing. Another confrontation between him and panditji. And you avoid the whole topic. Why? Because his anger has no boundaries. Especially when it comes to your pain. You fear if you reveal panditji, there will be a fight. He will fight for you. But it may not only remain to the use of words. Fists will be clenched. Hands may be raised. And then all hope of his comeback will diminish. Then this fight will no longer remain.

But there is hope. Don't worry. It's impossible of him to let go of you now. You're his necessity. His breath. His life. His tears. His anger. His smile. His love. His fight. A mere phone call he was struggling to disconnect. It's beyond impossible for him to disengage with this fight.

As they say; you fight the most with the one you love.

So if he can fight with you, he can fight for you.

You see he loves his friends too. Hence he's always fighting for them. Yesterday he fought for Cabir, Today he's fighting for Mukti and tomorrow... tomorrow has left him in a dilemma. Whilst you're love, he's friendship. Whilst you're his life, he's the reason he has this life. Whilst you're associated with his future. He's been there since his past. Dhruv. He's protected him... his brother all his life. Just like you're protecting him now. He's taught him to always trust him. To trust that he will never leave him. Just like you're teaching him to trust on your love. That you, his true love will never abandon him. He's taught him to hope for the best. Just like you're teaching him to hope for your mutual hope.
You're not wrong. But he's not at fault either. He loves you both. Unconditional love. Unselfish love. Manik love.
His brother doesn't realise his love's value just yet. He was already clouded by insecurities, now he's being blind-folded by false hope. He doesn't realise the cruelties of this world. Yet he wants to wonder around in this darkness alone. He disowned a brother and set out to discover a new family. Befriend a new friend. And just look at his infortune. Forget friend, not even an enemy... he has bumped into a devil. Notice the contradiction here... his name signifies the teaching head. He's meant to be the idol of righteousness. Panditji. Yet his actions are so contrasting. They are misleading. Everything about him screams evil! Immorality, wickedness and deception are his motto. To divide and rule is his intention.

I pray for this brother. For when he was under Manik's umbrella, he remained unharmed. But now, I fear for this soul.

I know you tried to reason with him again today. And he mocked your concern so conveniently. He ridiculed your love so rudely.

"Manik gya hai na... so I'm not needed."

You were trying to be his friend and he considered you to be his foe.

You were upset, irritated, frustrated. Your Manik is fighting so devotedly for whom? This unrecognisable and strayed soul? Impossible! And in this process, you lost your identity for a second. You forgot you're Nandini. You possessed upon yourself the other half of yourself. You became Manik. The fury, the rage, the temper. You looked like Manik's nandini today.
His love has instigated this madness. His fight has fuelled this insanity.
Today your actions mirrored him completely. You called him just like he calls you when he needs to calm down. And whilst the fury ceased, your fight with him continued.

You fought like little kids and a like a married couple too. You fought like there was only hate but love was evident too.

The quarrelling continues... the love sustains

The arguing is persistent...the hope remains.

You absorbed a little bit of him again and he stole a little bit from you. And when the senses unclocked, a question was asked.

"We're still fighting huh?"

"Of course"

Because it's true for you both... that to fight is to love!

Twinkle <3

Sorry Twinkle i couldnt reply earlier.. fridays are always dicy for me to pick out time with TGF celebrations :) Finally thought let me pick this up before starting the week :)

Loved all that you said, and have some disagreements too.. But before going into that dont you feel like the fight just got diluted today.. It was so refreshing to see them in the little bit lighter mood than the fight they had against each other since vday.. It came from Maanik telling her that he needs her... At some level he acknowledged her hope's win... Or lets say almost win... Because he is yet to officially surrender but then thats just formality.. All that goes on now is just mere attempt to keep that fight on because as you said fight is to love.. And when was it that they werent fighting.. Fighting, disagreeing with each other is their thing.. :) I loved these lighter moments, fights and still caring like when he asks about her being ok on the phone or she asking him what is he upto... And still fighting like kids.. This is different from last few days and i loved this change.. This was expected since the emotional breakdown of maanik and nandini being there for him..

Ok now my disagreement: To me it wasnt because nandini feared about Maanik going monster mode on panditiji the reason for her not telling him.. It was because he just didnt get him.. Maanik is not ready to ackknowledge that replacement is issue.. If he cant get it.. If he cant choose her, why should she share if what happened happened because of panditji.. Also i dont think it was that deeper too.. It was more of the zid.. Showing her anger.. Btw how cute it was to see her push his hand away when he goes to clean up that daal-chawal from her hair.. :) I loved that moment so much... Cute way to show her anger towards him..

That scene where Maanik talks about love line by line as nandini made him understand was adorable.. He keeps her opinions at such a high level.. Her words are like moral compass for him.. And what a scene fab3 were like all betrayed, pushed away in love... Maanik at a point felt same, but it was nandu he made him believe in that true love.. It was her hope that gave him the courage to accept that there exists true love and just because abhi went missing doesnt mean he doesnt love mukti.. Isnt it his belief and trust in her that is doing the talking here... Its only his ego thats not letting him surrender to this concept as yet.. But his heart is not ready to let nandini give up on the fight too.. So he tells her that they are still fighting.. It had such a deeper meaning.. Their fight about Hate vs hope is on.. Their fight for love is on.. Their fight to be together is on.. After all as you said to fight is to love :)

And coming to dhruv, you put up good point.. He loves both of them.. And it is his way of showing his love towards Dhruv even after getting replaced.. But what he fails to understand is that it isnt helping neither dhruv nor nandini.. Dhruv wants equal standing so in a way he wants Maanik to stop protecting him.. He wants maanik to fight for this.. Nandini wants same too.. Because she needs to feel cherrished in this relation.. Not a second priority.. It is ok if maanik fights and not be able to participate.. Both dhruv and nandini would be able to accept that.. What they wont be able to digest is fact that he is continuing same behaviour and not fighting for whats right...

Do you think dhruv will be influenced by panditji... He may feel better about being better than maanik and being complemented but i feel like sooner than later he is going to see through panditji's false praises... And nandini.. She would never fall for this.. She trusts maanik and now sees the creepiness in panditji.. Along with that she is angry with dhruv that he is neglecting his friend out of some silly inferiority complex.. I was thinking awhile what would get dhruv out of this inferiority complex, would it be getting to know about mukti's trouble.. Will it be seeing panditji's creepiness... Then i thought may be that wouldnt be enough.. I think what he needs most is a fair fight from maanik... He doesnt want to be protected.. He doesnt want to be treated like baby.. He doesnt want to get something by maanik's sacrifice.. He wants things fair and square.. So may be it would be his fight to be in concert with dhruv will bring them on same level.. Who wins that fight wouldnt matter.. It is just the fact that maanik isnt self sacrificing himself and treating him like baby thats what will matter to him...

I feel like maanik needs that little push to accept his feelings.. May be when he sees nandini in trouble because of panditji and realizes he didnt fight for her and when he blames himself for that, may be that would let him accept his feelings and importance in life.. Well lets see what really triggers that acceptance.. Because for me the realization has happened as part of whole *i need you* part.. Now its just last step to acceptance and his mind would be defeated completely..

Twinkle, As you said, here is my take.. Waiting for yours :)

Day 21
Mukti and Girl power - Well this was partly hit and miss for me.. Mukti running off to fight her own battle was her right but wasnt wise... She knew kind of people she is going to fight why not take her friends... Havent her past experiences taught her to believe in her friends.. I mean i agree that every girl has right to fight back but you have to be wise too.. If you arent strong enough alone go in zund... It feels like Mukti today is kind of almost similar to Mukti on day 1... Thats her thing though... She is stubborn that way,, But hopefully with the help of friends she will learn things or two now.. Esp now that certain member in fab5 has been spending time with such a good company :)

Loved the scenes where all girls were fighting.. Such a sick mentality of society judging people by their cloths and that was strong message they are showing.. Happy about that.. We really need to fight this.. Just may be this wasnt the right time. .Dont you think Mukti's heart break and the clothing/behaviour is so much conflicting and diluting the message each of these things can send.. But i have faith in writers, hopefully they will do justice..

Manan and Cabir -- How cute it was that Nandini complained about Maanik not picking up her phone.. They are already in couple zone... Its only maanik's stubbornness thats not letting him verbalizing it.. But from looks of it, the day isnt far.. And during fight how he watched out for her and took a break to fight there too.. And Nandu how cutely mentioned, maine kaha kuch bola :)

Today fate was taking revenge on Maanik .. :) Aur fight for hate... :) Nandu wanted to go home on her own while he wanted to drop her.. He didnt want to voice that .. Luckily for him cabir was there to help him out.. Then she wasnt going to sit on the front seat :) The way he was looking at her, as if telepathetically to go sit in the front.. Its her right till death do apart types.. But see his stubbornness even now he doesnt say anything.. I love their cute moments.. The change in their dynamics since *I need you* is so evident in these scenes.. I am just awe.. acting, writing, direction everything seems to be clicking at this point... The aankhonke ishare, hand touches.. Everything was Fell in love with them again.. If thats even possible..

The talk next outside nandu's house.. Much needed.. He just couldnt see her giving up and acting all formal with him.. He was ready to go all angry on her but he saw her tears and the mask was dropped.. TLC was back.. He was ready to talk.. But nandu told him she understands him.. But she needs the concert too.. She doesnt have energy to fight any more.. Isnt it amazing they understand each other so well.. She understood him.. He understood too.. He had never seen her give up so easily.. So he was all ready to pick her battles and give her hope.. But he is too shaana too.. He wanted to simplify the challenge.. But nandu has reached point where she is not going to take anything but concert.. She wants to be chosen.. She wants to have her as his priority.. And thats valid.. He understood uski daal easily galane nahi waali.. And he is now all set to get dhruv as well as Nandini.. I dont know what this trick is but i feel like he is going to fail miserably in this :) There is no gain without pain.. He has to choose.. He isnt there yet but today he took the first step.. He realised he cant let go of her just because he loves dhruv.. But day will come when he would be ready to accept that she is his absolute first priority and wont be able to feel guilty for being with them every time one of Fab5 is in trouble.. Waiting patiently for that day and enjoying their journey to that stage.. :)

Day 21! - The confidence Kiss!

It's a timeless emotion. It's a boundless emotion. Love... it's an endless experience.

There never was a time when love didn't exist. There never will be a time when love won't exist. Yet they are afraid of the ticking clock.

Tearful eyes begging him to let her experience this emotion. Fearful heart, dreading this opportunity that time may never return. He had wavered the flame of confidence a few days ago; today he shielded the flame from blowing out completely. Once again it stands tall and fearless... afraid of no destructive breeze. Never will there be a time when the lamp will blowout. Never will there be a day when their hope will stop burning. It will continue to burn... and burn...and burn.

She has nothing to fear. She has nothing to lose. He's already lost himself completely to her. He's actually lost this battle long time ago.

"Thankyou!"

A thankyou? Wait wait wait! He wasn't informed of this. We've been lovers. We've been friends. Now what relationship must we taken upon he questions the heart! Psssht! Never mind! We're still supposed to be fighting!

No but seriously?? Is she serious?!! There's no relationship left for them to trial. He had once agreed on becoming "friends" for her accordance. But not this again! They were no strangers...not friends...more than friends. Much much more than friends.

Love is painful, yet divine. You need to witness the rainfall, in order to appreciate the sunshine. You need to let out the tears to welcome the smiling shine.

Her exhausted heart.. Finally wept out its cry. She couldn't do it anymore. Just no more. It was all over...before it even started.

Wait..No! This is going all wrong! It's all falling apart, he thought! Her Manik had thought they were still fighting. What happened to his soldier today?? She could scream and shout, pull and push but cry?? This wasn't his Nandini. He realized his blunder. He realized his loss. He had crushed her determined hope. He had once again pained the heart for it to cry those priceless tears. His soul, mind and heart... all questioned him the same. Manik Malhotra... How could you be so blind and oblivious?? Manik Malhotra ... How could you be so helpless and careless??

He had been warned. She had warned him herself. The fury, the anger the questions... they all were the signs of the breaking heart. Once completely shattered, the eyes were bound to weep. Fighting had just gotten difficult. Fighting with him was still bearable... yet fighting with herself had taken an unbearable turn. However, fighting for him still remained her unchangeable goal. She wanted him for herself. She needed him for herself. Selfish may be her love today... But selfless love she wanted to shower upon him.

Her tears... They spoke her desperation. Her sobs... they spoke her false consolation. Her cries... they spoke the lonely heart's pleas. Her sniffles... they spoke her understanding of him.
She never wished to take away from him his brother, his friends, his family. She only hoped to make a little space for herself amongst them. She only wished to not be disowned from his heart. A little love, a little care, a little trust is all she craved. And in return she promised him all her trust, all her trust, all her life.

But he wasn't so ruthless. Nor so sacrificing. Long gone are the days when his feelings for her were nameless. Long gone are the days when his love for her could be shared. Long gone are the days when their needs for each other were still doubtful.

This monsterous facade, this fusion concert, this challenge. It was never a test of her love. It was a test of his hatred. To what extent he could pull off this act. And in every way, it was all over, before he had a chance to even begin.
She wanted his love but he wanted it for the whole of his life. She craved for her hope to win but he needed for her hope to win. She wished everyday how she could win his trust back and he so fearlessly surrendered every inch of himself to her so there was no need to win anything. He happily lost himself to her.
But he had hurt her. These tears... he was their reason. This frown... he was her culprit. It was unintentional yet that wasn't a good enough excuse. He had simply hoped for the return of his brother, but he didn't mean it at the cost of her. You see he is selfish too. Whilst he might be a tubelight sometimes, he knows better than to repeat his mistakes. This fusion concert, him being replaced...yes it mattered to him but it wouldn't have in anyway affected his hope...her hope. Seeking deeper into that scene last week, we realise what he had meant through this fight with her was that this fusion concert wasn't the decision-maker of their relationship.

When she had asked him "what about us?" There was a little bit of an irrelevance of this question from his side. He had wanted to tell her that their hope would remain unaffected.

But he faltered. He was unable to express. And today, this mistake became the cause of her heartache. But if he had shattered her hope, he would re-heal it too. If he had done the sin of making her cry, he will make her smile too.
So the apologies started.
Apology no. 1: The eyes apologised to the eyes. The fingers soothed out the burning trail left behind by the tears.I'm sorry Nandini... these tears cried because of me. But these will be the last ever to leave your eye. I promise to bring back your smile in the next few minutes.

Apology no. 2: The hands tried reached out to sit her down on his car. She needed to calm down. It was time to put an end to this fight. It was time for her to hear what she had been wanting to. I'm sorry Nandini... I've driven you absolutely mad and furious throughout the hours of the day. You had wanted me to answer your questions but instead silence is what I provided. Now it's time I answer those answers and clear those doubts.

Apology no. 3: Placing his hands on either sides of her and leaning in. Running away from him, running to find him. She was tired. But more than that, the bizarre thoughts in her mind had made her exhausted. She deserved a much-needed break!I'm sorry Nandini...I simply just walked away. No reasons provided. No justification given. You even called me to ask of my whereabouts, but I disregarded the concern. Now I'm here. Not going anywhere. And now you're here too, and I don't want you leaving just yet.

Apology no. 4: Let's do some talking! He had some explaining to do.I'm sorry Nandini...I let you down. I walked away when you most needed me. You needed me today and I was too absorbed in my own sorrows, But I swear I didn't mean to hurt you. I didn't mean to say quiet. I didn't mean to make you feel neglected. We need to talk now.

"Dekho...nandini...mai..."

"Manik...tumhe explain karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai...Dhruv ki khushi tumhare liye kitni important hia. But Manik phir hum...?

Apology no. 5: Let me do the mocking and talking! She was broken. Her hope was fluctuating. Her strength was shattering. Her confidence was wavering. She couldn't just give up like this. He needs her to keep hoping. I'm sorry Nandini... this frown, this essence of loss, this stressed out heart and mind. I know it's my entire fault. I let this uncertainty enter your mind. I allowed for this flame of hope to start flickering. But you can't give up like this. I will go to every extent to make your hope win. I will do all that's possible for you to believe in our hope again. To believe that there is still a chance.

Raised eyebrows, tilted head, a mocking tone; "Haar maan gayi? Itni jaldi?"

You're not allowed to loose Nandini. I won't let you lose. You started hoping because of me. And you will continue hoping till I say so. My hope lies within yours. I live within you. You can never stop fighting for us. You're the strength I've always needed in life. You're the peace I've always craved in life. You're the love I can't afford to lose in this life.

Apology no. 6: Okay let's change plans! No... she can't leave just yet. He hadn't finished yet. She still needed assurance. I'm sorry Nandini... it's been a tough ride with me. I'm not easy to bear, yet you managed to put up with me every single time. I've given you enough tears and now you're tired. Even I'm tired too. I want to come home once and for all as well. So let's make it easier for you...for the both of us. You own everything of mine anyway.

"I had all my hope, on the fusion concert. Aur ab..."

"Aur ab who sara hope haar gaye...Koi hope nahi? Jab ki fusion concert shuru bhi nahi hua?"

"Mere paas koi aur option nahi hai"

No options? Broken hope? No nandini. This fusion concert can't decide our future. That's for you to decide. You can't give up on our hope and that's final. Because more than you, I want to come home now. I want to be back where I belong. With you.

Apology no. 7: Let me have a look at you! She had cried it out and talked it out. Yet no sign this hope was going to revive. So hands reached out to try and read the lines of worry on her face. Hmmm... A clear case of missing Manik Malhotra.I'm sorry Nandini... I've been rather unfair haven't I? Not only your hope but your smile has disappeared too. Amidst fighting for me, you have seemed to lost yourself somewhere. You have every right to fight with me... to fight for me. But not at the risk of losing yourself. Losing your confidence. Losing your peace of mind. You need to stay the way you have always been. My Nandini. Stubborn, impossible, a fighter. Fight for your hope. Fight for your heart. Fight for your right. Nothing can stop you. Not even myself.

"Concert shuru nahi hua aur abhi se keh rahi ho keh options nahi hai?"

Options are in our hands Nandini. If we want to be one, no one can stop us. If you want me back, no one will stop you... not even I.

I'll make it a little more simpler for you. I'll give you the final push for you to reach your destination.

"Your hope... still has a chance to win!"

I don't want this hope shattering Nandini. I don't want this flame from burning out. I don't want my future to be dark. We shall only blow hope's flame out when I finally return to you; my shining star. Then no light will be needed. You and your fireflies will be enough to lighten up my whole world.

As the apologies concluded; a promise, a gift, a reassurance was made.

A peck. A touch. A kiss.

Nandini... your hope is my hope. I need it to win probably even more than you. I'm sorry for all those tear-filled eyes, all those lonely moments, all those harsh words. But the bad days are over now. Everytime you will doubt yourself, I will reassure you. Everytime you will stumble, I will catch you. Everytime you will feel the least important, I will love you. But there is no room for options between us. It's just yes, yes and yes.

And with that kiss, her confident returned like it had never stumbled. Her smile returned like it had never frowned. He was with her; she could now win over this world. Hopes intact, trust as strong as ever, he farewelled her to bring their hope home. And she set out again; to make their hope win, win over this world, bring him back home!

It's renowned as love is in the air. But today it was understanding is in the air.

She was ready to take a step back, understanding Dhruv's value in his life. But he pulled her forward, where she much wanted to be, understanding her fear of losing him.

Losing a loved one tends to leave a scar behind. Some are lucky to have that scar healed, yet some scars remain painful and forever. They understood each other's fears and needs today because they have tasted separation. It's not bitter. It's poison. And when poison spreads through the body, all sense of control is lost.
Poison seems to be spreading rapidly through Mukti too/. It had started with the heart, because that's where the poisonous dagger of loss had stabbed her. But now it's slowly seeping through the brain. Overpowering every thought process, every emotion. She's dying. Bit by bit. A painful death. Love however can be selfish, but not a murderer. She has a need too. As much as she denies of wanting to see him, he's her need right now. Abhi The antidote to her poison. And that letter remains the only forms of his discovery.

Manik may have lost a brother, but his best friend still remains with him. A friend who needs not to hear anything from the horse's mouth, yet understands the root of his worries is Nandini. The friend who time after time, assists him to listen to the heart and for once think about himself rather than his friends. The friend who introduces him to the priorities of his life and makes him realise that they may be a very important part of his life, but Nandini is his life. God bless everyone with such a friend.

He needs her to keep hoping.I'm sorry Nandini... this frown, this essence of loss, this stressed out heart and mind.

Well here i am :D i have missed our daily ritual of you analyzing and me ranting..lol. Good to have you back my love. And beautifully written..i especially loved the apologies..you voiced all Manik could have probably wanted to say in those moments..that no apology would ever to enough for the tears he has caused her to shed.

I actually would like to start with the social issue the team is touching on, #It'sNOTusIt'sYOU. People seem to have their opinion on the choice of character chosen to raise awareness. Mukti i think is the perfect choice for this issue..because she is flawed since the beginning and she has never tried to justify her lifestyle. it's her life, she lives it her way..she has made choices to be casual in terms of her sex life, she likes booze, she likes to party, short clothes are her style. So what ? What's wrong with that character..Sadly it goes to show the mentality of some of the viewers who think that Mukti isn't the right character.
I loved the opening scene...all hail women power...what a kickass scene with the girls beating up those excuse of men up..maybe not all that logical showing girls fighting in a bar, but what the heck..the Cvs had a strong message associated with it. It's isn't us women, it's the dirty perception of the men who look at women..A quote: "Don't teach your daughter what to wear, teach your son how to behave." Society, it's so quick to blame the girl, no matter the reason. This inferiority of women must end, this blame game must end. So i love that this issue is being touched on by the team. The team of KY2 has always successful tackled social issues..and it's one of the things i love about this show.

My Manbir. Two dudes who like to talk it out and i simply adore them. Their relationship works because they are so in sync with one another. They say it when they don't feel like talking..they come to one another when they need to as Manik does. And i am not making a comparison but Cabir is the friend i had thought Dhruv would be for Manik. And had it not been for Cabir being there for Manik, Dhruv's behaviour and indifference would have broken him further. Nandini and Cabir have really held Manik together. My heart warmed when Manik is quick to give it to Cabir when he playfully mimicked Dhruv's attack..and he says "he's our Dhruv." no matter what happens, they are buddies. Dhruv may not see right at the moment but Manik, he knows they are each other's buddy.
And Cabs..the loyal Manan shipper makes such a good parter in crime..lol

And now, we talk about our Manan. Loved the instance where Manik is so aware of Nandini during the bar scene. That he leaves his beating up session and halts a punch coming her way, a protective alpha moment. And lol to the moment where Manik predicts her trying to calm him. haha, your girl was doing the beating up earlier. She aint gonna stop you. Keep going lad.
As much as i love how well they can communicate through their eyes, their gestures, their silence. I love it when they simply TALK. Glad Manik took the step today knowing his girl was upset, knowing she needed words of reassurance from him..and her tears are simply his undoing. He cannot stand them, especially when he is the reason for them. To see her this undefeated, to see her hope dying, he cannot stand it. ...So now, her hope, their hope it must win, Manik Maltorta shall find a way. Manik Maltorta does not lose ! and if Nandini's hope loses, then he too shall be defeated. You spoke beauttifully about him taking on their hope battle now so i won't expand on it.
And the Look Look moment..lol.I laughed at Manik when he claimed he didn't have all night to do look look. What a liar. Dude, looking and staring at his girl is probably his fav pass time along with tucking her hair gently behind her ear ( And now whenever Manik tucks Nandu back, my heart warms) and oh yeah, holding her hand and caressing it..
There is this gentleness about Manik Maltorta that only Nandini brings out. He is Manik Maltorta until he is with Nandini, then he is 'simply Manik'. A man who possess the ability to love unconditionally, a man who can tenderly wipe her tears, and a man who can handle his girl like porcelain doll. There is a vast height difference between them..Manik a giant, all anger and rough and tough and Nandu, like a tiny fairy, tinker bell, all softness, sweetness and innocence. When he touches her, when he handles her, he does with utmost care. Because he knows, his anger, she still fears it, not because she believes he will harm her but because his anger has the power to consume him. But like i was saying, when he puts her on the car, it made me think for a second, at that moment i realized, how gentle Manik tries to be when he touches her.
That nose peck, MY beautiful moment ! So much love and adoration in that one second. It was if he kissed her all her worries away..and she smiles ! his heart is once again content. His girl has her hope back, she has her smile back.

Okies so this probably sucks but for once i don't care..lol only because it feels sooo good to be able to do this.
You my love are perfection. Beautiful words. beautiful ideas. Beautifully penned. Loved it all
