"Ring ring"
"Ayaiaappa Yeh alarm itni jaldi kaise baj gaya. ? Ohh it's too irritating. "
My beauty sleep got disturbed with some alarm tone. So I started searching for the source to give it a tight slap or punch to disturb my such a peaceful sleep.
Then after waving my hand in air and bed in half sleep I finally got my phone but it was not the source of this noise.
"Ayaiaappa... urggg"
Then finally I opened my eyes and after what I saw gave my heart a mild attack. It was Manik holding.. no no no.. literally quashing my waist sleeping beside me and my idiot head was resting on his board muscular chest.
I got a sudden panic attack for fraction of seconds then I remembered that last night we fell asleep together.
"Ring ring ring"
My car of thoughts broke down with that idiotic alarm tone.
So I again started my mission "search and destroy the disturbing element" without moving my body as I didn't wanted this cute sleeping choco-monster to wake up.
Then after lots of difficulties finally my mission was accomplished as I found Manik's ph was the reason behind the my disturbance of wonderful dreamy "chain ki nind" wala sleep.
So to get it I moved a little but that disturbed Manik's sleep and he slightly opened his eyes.
I quickly took his ph and off the alarm.
"Good morning " I said.
"Ummm Goood morning" he replied in his sleepy husky voice .
I often heard his this 'good morning' in front of me as he used to stay at my house. But today that tone sounded little bit perplexing.
We were still sleeping Cuddling each other. But now my head was not in his chest but my chin was.
"Had a Good sleep?" I gently asked.
"Ummm " he slinky replied and clutched my waist even more harder.
"Ouch" I winced a little.
Then Manik abruptly got up jerking his sleep mode. So am I.
"I ... wh...what I am doing here? " he catechizing me.
" don't worry baby your maidenhood is still protected. Main ne tere izzat pe haat nehi dala. You are still pure like crystal clear. So chill. " I replied and winked.
First he was hell shocked by my bold words then he too came in mood and replied
" achcha...???? Thank god you saved me haan.. otherwise I wouldn't able to show up my face to anyone... kahin muh dikhane ki kabil nehi rahta main..." he playfully cried.
And we brust out into laughter.
After our morning 'laughter club session' I asked " but alarm and you that too at 6 o'clock. Isn't it weird. ? I mean it's not like Manik Malhotra"
He made a face and replied "ohhh listen what do you mean. ? And I..I can also get up early it's just that I have a friend.. ermm... actually best friend who is very cranky about early rising and all pre-school mantras. So... I have no option but follow her. So I am trying... "
"Achcha.!!! so intelligent she is na... good moral. Keep it up" I smiled and continued " chal get freshen up and I will prepare some breakfast. "
And I entered to the washroom.
After brushing up and all I walked out from loo to find him sleeping again.
"Maaanik" I retorted " you monster tu sudhrega nehi na. ? You won't change. "
He then finally got up and I handed over the towel pushed him to the washroom.
I sighed " aaiyaapaa this boy na... don't know kab sudhrega..."
" And Here comes aaiyaapaa again... "
I turned to see him standing behind .
I gave a "now what " look and he replied cutely " my clothes ? "
I sobbed " wait I will get it. "
And I headed towards the guest room to bring his spare clothes.
When I came back to my room he was in bathroom. So I kept his clothes on my bed and shouted " cloths are here. You can change outside I am going down and one more thing don't expect much for breakfast . I m not Rose ma okayy. "
I was about to leave when I heard him saying " that I know. And you can't be like her. . You mugambi."
"Mosnter Manik" I groaned and smiled and walked out.
" heyy Cabir good morning.. uth gaya ? " I called him to wake him up as it was now became a habit.
" phirse tera alarm baj gaya subha subha... Madona. " Cabir yawned.
Nandini - " ha ha ha very funny. But for your kind information aaj mera nehi but Manik 'the late riser monster' ka alarm baaj gaya ."
Cabir- "What !!!"
Nandini- "Yah buddy.. today I got up bcz of his alarm tone. "
Cabir- "Really. ?.? Asamvab. "
Nandini- "Yahh it's samvab . And Yeh sab chor. I am making breakfast so if you feel having 'Nandu's not so special' breakfast toh come over here at around 8am ok ..now bye. "
And I hanged up the call and started making coffee first.
Meanwhile Manik came downstairs and asked for coffee.
Nandini- "Yahh your majesty... sorry for keeping you wait. Just 2 mnts."
"Okk ... as you say.. Chalo gave you 2 precious mnts of my life. " he dramatically replied.
"Ohhh so lucky me" even I replied in same dramatic tone.
In the meantime his ph rang.
It was his mom. No, he did not told but I could guess to see the sudden colour changes in his face.
"Hello"
...
"None of your business. "
...
"Listen I know you both don't care about me so why pretend. ? "
...
"Mom?? Yaahh whatever. . And before you ask me let me inform you preparation of space foundation is going pretty well. So don't worry. As I know you only worrying about your status and reputation. "
...
" listen Niyonika bye.. You must be sleepy or have some important works so please do it."
And he hanged up and sit on the couch holding his head.
"Manik don't you think you are unnecessarily angry with her. ? I mean yaah I know the circumstances but yet she is your mom. They are you parents. And you can't change this fact. "
He didn't utter a single word.
"Manik" I came closer and placed my hand on his shoulder.
"Will we please not talk about them.. not now at least. "
He said in a low but sad tone.
My heart felt "awwwaa this little baby..."
"Okk but we can have this superb cappuccino. " I showed the cup.
He lifted his head and said
" and how do you know that it's superb.?"
"Yaiii... what do you think of me.? Listen it has to be superb as it's made by the great Nandini Moorthy. " and I praised myself lifting my hand on the air.
"Achcha ?.? Then Let's try. " He took a sip and made faces.
"it's not good??" I panicked.
"No Nandu..." he was making bad faces.
I pout hearing this.
"It's awesome." He continued.
"Hain na... I know.. I told you" and I happily sit beside facing him. And we started our ranting like the true bffs and soul mates.
After finishing our coffee I told him to get ready for school as it was already 7:30am. But he offered me his help to prepare the break fast. First I was surprised but Manik being 'no one dare to deny Manik ' forcefully started helping me.
So after 45mnts hard work, little nok jhok wala fights and couples of eye locks and shiver radiating touches and almost making my mom's lovely kitchen a result of cyclone we finally got victory over our 'making breakfast battle'.
Being tired we crushed on the floor then we headed to take shower. me in my room and Manik in the guest room.
After getting ready we both came downstairs mean while mom called me to inquire about my well being. So I narrated her every thing about ManBir's last night surprise visit then Manik 's night staying to today's breakfast making but only skipping the way we slept together. Didn't know but I felt little shy to say her this or might be I didn't feel saying her.. I didn't know.
Whatever she was happy and more than relaxed as Manik was with me..
Cabir came after some time and hugged us as a daily habit.
Cabir -"So where is the 'Nandu's not so special breakfast'?"
Manik - " here is the breakfast and certainly it is a special breakfast as it is prepared by me."
Nandini -"ME?"
Manik -" no I mean US."
Cabir -" wohhhoohhh you two have made these. ? Great job MaNan"
Manik -" yehh that one... hmm it's by MaNan. " and he winked at me.
Nandini - "okk okk now chal finish it jaldi se. "
We finished our special breakfast with lots of passing praises, leg pulling and little bit study materials talks as ManBir have some allergies of studies.
Then we left for school.
In car. .
Today ManBir had swiped their positions as Cabir was in driving seat and Manik seated in passenger seat and me as usual in the back seat seated in middle.
Suddenly all the moments I shared with Manik from last night to till now started flushing in front of me. I started blushing remembering the way we hugged slept holding each other. The way he slept wedged my waist. I way I slept resting my head on his chest encircled my tiny hands around his flat waist. It was a morning which I now wanted to be forever. Lasting forever..
These feelings spread a huge happiness on my face.
But one naughty pair of eyes were constantly chasing me and busy in his own calculations.
----Cabir pov----
Ooo. .. Nandu haad se jyada smile kar rahi hai..
And idhar yeh Manik to bahar raste pe ayese eyes tika ke bhaitha hai k he is preparing for final terms.
but ek chij toh dono me common hai... and that's
'They are smiling. '
No no no... dude try to read between the lines.
They are not only smiling actually they are BLUSHING.
ohhh myy god.. and now that's really a special thing.
Manik Malhotra is blushing..
Ayesa firse kya ho gaya inke bich. ? Last night any fire works...!!!!

"Wohhhoohhh" Cabir exclaimed in joy.
"Kya hua" me and Manik asked in unison.
Cabir- "Kuch nehi just tried to read between the lines. ?"
Manik- "about what"
Cabir- "Nothing just random thoughts. "
"Ohh..." again saying in unison we got back to our respective drooling lands.
"Sari night besharmi ki height..
Ek tu... ek main. . Aur ho dim dim yeh light..."
Cabir suddenly started singing.
"WHAT? ??" Manik and me screamed together looking at each other.
"What what .?" Cabir asked.
"Ammm yehh song. . ???" I asked.
"Nice song na" Cabir replied.
"Hmmm" Manik and I then lowered our gazes.
Cabir just smirked seeing both of us embarrassing in our thoughts.
And we reached to school.
In school.
We all were gathered in the school front yard ground and busy in doing our allotted works.
Dhruv , Aliya were interacting with some of the chosen junior students who were going to participate.
Shaahid was busy in talking with the decorators.
Mukti and Abhimanyu were busy selecting design for stage and backstage decorations.
Actually Mukti was busy with the design whereas Abhimanyu was busy staring her. Like a true idiot road side Romeo.
Navya and Me were busy in making the banners.
And Manik and Cabir were busy preparing the guest list and invitation cards .
No actually more accurately Cabir was busy with invitation cards where Manik was busy in tuning his guitar strings. But my keen eyes could clearly see the deep thoughts in his more deeper bark brown dreamy eyes.
I was painting one of the banner when Cabir slightly pushed me coming from behind just to get my nose and face colored.
"Cabir you joker " I shouted on him .
"Nandu look your nose is bcm Red" he childishly said
"Uff aaiyaappa. ...'" and I started cleaning my face and Cabir too helped me.
In that mean time
Mukti caught Abhi admiring her.
And asked roughly. "Hey you chomu... why are you stalking at me like that ?
" just get to know what is better that amazing design or the one who designed it. My heart is in dilemma. " Abhi flirted with her but with genuine love.
"Really.!! Cool then I will kick ur that heart off. " Mukti replied annoyingly but she got impressed with his statement.
"Do you know if I would have two alternative hearts na... Then also I would have given that to you to break."
Abhi romantically said looking into Mukti's eyes.
"What? " Mukti surprisingly asked.
Then he kneeled down in front of her and started saying dramatically and loud that we all turned our face to him
"Dil hote jo mere sine me do. .
Dusra Dil v main tumhe deta torne ko. "
We started clapping for Abhi's that cute proposal.
Then suddenly there mixed another sound with our claps and hooting
but more melodious.
Then we swapped our gazed at the source of this melodies melody. .
Dil.. hote jo..
Mere seene mein do
Doosra dil bhi mein
Tumhe deta todhne ko ...
We saw Manik playing his guitar .
"Manik" we all in unison.

And then he turned back to face us and sang

((Manik was thinking of the evening they first time took a sudden shower with each other and after that day their equations were changing. ))

( Aliya started imagining herself with Manik)

(Manik then came near to me and Cabir also joins him)

((Manik sang it looking at Nandini but as Aliya was standing infront of her so tht Aliya assumed Manik's that 'YOU' for herself ))
Is that enough to say that
We are made for each other is all that is Hosanna true..
((Manik came near and sang pointing his eyes to me))
Hosanna... be there when you are calling i will be there
Hosanna... feeling like my life's changed
((Manik dragged to him and I collided with his chest. then he lift my chin so that I can look into his eyes and sang))
I never wanna be the same..
Its time we re-arrange i take a step
you take a step and me calling out to you...
Hellooo... Hellooo... Hellooo ooo (Cabir sang loudly near Navya's ear to make her scared. and as his plan she scared)

Ho..sanna...ooo... (Mukti sang looking at Abhi)

Ho..sanna...ooo... (( I encircled my hands around Navya's neck and we casually sang and danced))
Ho..sanna...ooo..ooo... ((I sang stretching the melody))
((Manik then came and removed my hand from Navya's hold and twirled me for two times then pulled towards him))

Hosanna, Tum jo mera khwaab ho ((Abhi sang looking at Mukti and she blushed))

Main kyun deewana hoon ((Abhi then held Mukti and sang looking at her lovingly))
Tumhare baare mein hi har ghadi main sochta hoon kyun. ((Manik sang closing his eyes))
Hello.. Hello.. Hello... ((Cabir improvised hugging me and Manik))
Hosanna... (ab din ho ya raat ho) ((Nandini & Cabir sang together))

Hosanna... (bas haathon mein haath ho) ((Abhi sang taking Mukti's hand into his))

(( Manik completes the song))

(( Everyone started dancing with their respective couples. MukBhi,,MaNanBir,,Navya And Aliya Dhuruv also joins them as Nandini dragged them to dance and enjoy.))
Raghav sir came there to keep an eye to the progress of the works but he experienced something more enchanting rather than the boring event works. So commenting "love is in the air" he smiled and left the place to let them enjoy...
