@Rida - He knows Nyo tricked him. That clarity is still there. he knows Nandini didn't lie. He has a problem with her truth and he doesn't know if he can live with it or not. Here in this particular track that is the conflict.

Word on Donna's reaction. Though she did push Harvey to say it but really, she was not expecting him to just say it. But really though...the way Harvey had been acting the whole day, that was so coming. I really loved Mike's stunned, speechless reaction when Harvey firmly said, "She's different". Harvey had all his battle gear out this episode and aaah..I just loved it.

Jessica-Harvey scene was very good. They are such a power duo. With everyone else Harvey was all, "Nope, Donna first." but seeing Jessica, he put everything on hold and was there for her making her a drink..

The trick is to never completely change who he is. And the complexity would always remain.
Like I said, complexity is about subtlety.
Right now, since the last many episodes, they're making it all about Manik and his confusions which frankly gets monotonous after a bit of time.

Everybody likes confusion, but they've been showing him only that and it kinds of frankly hurt you because this guy was one who we used to admire for his brain working all the time. He used to know what ticked whom, what happened where before you even told him. He used to introspect way too much on things and he used to go with the flow with a confidence and sensibility that's rival the best. So constant confusion and indecisiveness does make a character less credible, and i honestly don't even have to prove this part, we see it easily on how people take his words now.

NAndini doesn't talk about herself much, Manik prodded her during NYE to tell him about her fears regarding being with him. It's another matter he couldn't take them away because he didn't know how to do that. But he gave her his honesty. Thats how they work. He will never let her reach her breaking point, the mere thought bothers him. So I want Nandini to reach that point not because of Manik but because of her past and break down , let him be the healer.
