just made a similar comment in another post.. The entire veena playing posture( I would have had a rod to my fingers if I was slouched like that over my veena), hold, hand movement is all wrong. and easily corrected, it just seems half-hearted when they show just basic things wrong...

I so agree! I just mentioned in one of my comments how even posture should be fine. You cannot slouch. My Guru used to scold so bad for bad postures. They have picked such a genre where they can't afford to mess up with basics!

Thanks for this wonderful post ..I too have some knowledge about classical music. For the first time today I was not seeing manan but I was worried about y this negligence in executing such beautiful instrument everything went kaput ...I completely agree niti is very much versatile actress n she has excelled in all areas but she can't ignore this part coz this is what shez been doing from her childhood please CVS do justice to this track take some expert views n please train niti on this or else its an insult to such wonderful instrument period!
