Chapter 15

Nandini gets inside her home and after spending a happy family dinner after so long she goes back to her room. She lies on her bed and then thinks abt the previous nights where Manik used to stay with her and how they both used to cuddle each other and sleep.She was actually missing Manik alot.On the otherside at Manik's room,even Manik was missing Nandini badly.All the memories spent with her were jst haunting him badly which was making him unable to sleep.So finally accepting his defeat he gets up from his bed and leaves from his room.

Nandini was sleeping in her room smilingly obviously dreaming about Manik wen suddenly she felt a warm touch on her forehead. She suddenly wake ups with a jerk and was abt to shout wen she felt a hand placed over her mouth and she quickly opens her eyes and gets shocked finding Manik infront of her.He signals her to stay quiet now as he was gona remove his hand from her mouth nw.So she gets a bit calmed while he leaves her.Bt as soon as he removes his hand Nandini starts shouting at him bt in a low voice.

Nandini:Wat the helll Manik..tum iss waqt yaha kya kar rahe ho..

Manik making a innocent face:Vo actually..i ws missing u a lot aur muje nind bhi nai aa rahi thi..i mean muje adat hogayi thi na tumhe roz hug karke sone ki to ghar pe akele sone accha nai lag raha tha..so mai aa gaya..

Nandini:Wat..tum pagal ho kya..miss kar rahe the to aagye aur tum andar kaise aaye..aur agar gharpe kisiko pata chal jata to..

Manik smilingly:Firstly mai tumhare room ke window se aaya hu to kisi aurko kaise pata chalta and secondly if u dnt remember thn tumhare chacha-chachi ne aaj hi muje permission di hai to come nd meet u anytime I wish..So dnt worry and let me sleep in my way..

Saying this he jst goes and hugs Nandini and crashes on her bed with her.Nandini was nt knwing wat to say ahead as whether she shud be happy for having such a loving bf or shd be angry on him for doing such crazy things.Bt wenever the thing was abt Manik then always her heart has to win over her mind.So rather than saying anything further she too hugged him back and then they both fall in their blissfull slumber holding each other.

It was early morning and both Manik and Nandini were still sleeping hugging eachother.Sudddenly chachi calls Nandini to wake her up,listening chachi's voice Nandini suddenly wakes up and then sees Manik sleeping beside her.She starts waking him up bt he ws stil nt getting up so Nandini goes and picks a glass of water from the table and pours it on him from which he suddenly gets up.

Manik:Wat the hell Nandini..kya kar rahi ho.

Nandini:Kya kar rahi ho..matlab kya..mai bas tumhe jaga rahi thi coz I think tum bhul gaye ho ke meri family vaps aagayi so u cnt stay here anymore..so jao jaldi yaha se..

Manik too then realises tht situation has changed nw.So agreeing to her,he quickly goes to the window from which he came in bt before leaving he comes back to Nandini and gives her soft peck on cheeks and wishes her goodmorning and then quickly leaves from the window.Nandini jst smiles at his sweet gesture and stands at window watching him leave.Suddenly she hears a beep on her phone and sees a message from Manik stating,"Stay ready sweetheart...I'll come back in an hour to pick u for college."Nandini didn't wntd to go college 2day as she wntd to spend time with her family bt then she thinks of Manik nd then decides to go bt a bit late so she replies Manik."Sry baby..bt pls dnt come to pick me as I wna spend some time with Rishabh so will com college late.. will directly see u in college.."Manik reads her message and frowns a bit bt then understands her feeling for Rishabh so agrees to it.

After having breakfast Nandini spent some time playing with Rishabh and talking with Chachi abt Amms and other stuff. Manik reached college and found his frnds chilling at canteen so he too joins them.Suddenly Mukti tlks abt Nandini as she didn't arrived till nw.

Mukti:Arey..ye Nandini ab tak college kyu nai aayi..

Dhruv:Ya..vaise to hamesha time pe aati hai..pata nai aaj kaise late ho gayi..

Cabir was gona say something to tease Manik bt Alya interrupts.

Alya:I think maybe uski tabiyat kharab hogi so let me call and check..

Saying this she quickly calls her and Nandini too picks her call soon.

Nandini:Hey Alya..

Alya:Hi..nandini..are u alright..

Nandini confusingly:Ya..m good bt tum kyu puch rahi ho..

Alya:Ohh..nothing actually tum ab tak college nai aayi na so we thought maybe u are sick or something so jst thought to call u..

Nandini:Oh..actually no..vo mai bas ghar pe thoda busy thi so thought of coming late..aur mai bas ab ghar se nikal hi rahi thi...so will see u directly in class..ok

Alya:Cool..thn bye..

Alya cuts the call and informs evryone abt Nandini.Manik jst sits carefreely as he was already knwing it bt couldn't tell them by himself.Suddenly they hear an announcement from the principal, "So all gals & boys,I want all of u nw in your respective classes right nw as I wna introduce u all to someone.So before I reach their I wnt all of u to be present in your classrooms."After announcements gets over Manik speaks.

Manik:Wat the hell..ab ye princi ko hamse kisse milana..

Mukti excitedly:Maybe koi new student hoga...I hope koi hot sa ladka ho atleast college aane mai phir kuch maza aayaega..wat say Alya..

Mukti winks at Alya while saying this bt Alya jst gives a faint smile.Dhruv gets upset seeing Alya being happy for a new guy's entry.Bt Cabir interrrupts their fun by saying

Cabir:Bt gals agar aisa hua ke koi hot se ladke ki jagah koi super hot aur sexy ladki aayi to...maybe then boys ko college aane mai maza aayega..right Manik..no no nt Manik..hai na Dhruv...

Manik glares at Cabir while Dhruv jst shooks his head down.And this time it was Alya's turn to get upset seeing Dhruv shying away on this topic..Bt Mukti caughts Cabir's last line and questions abt it..

Mukti:Vo to thik hai..bt tune Manik ke liye no kyu bola..i mean vo bhi to single hai na nd evn he can have fun with gals or else there is something or shd I say someone abt whom we dnt knw... say Manik and Cabir..

Manik coughs and spits the drink which he was having after listenin to Mukti while Cabir jst tries to act cool as if nt knwing wat she is saying.Manik tries to mock her..

Manik:Wat..have u lost it..kya bol rahi hai tu..aisa to kuch bhi nai hai..

Mukti still nt convinced:Accha aisa nai hai to..fir tu aajkal itna alag kyu lagta hai..

Manik:Alag matlab kya..m the same old Manik Malhotra ok..nothngs chngd so stop dreaming ok..

Mukti:Fyn..if u say so..to fir aaj agar koi new chick aai so u'll think of having fun with her right..i mean only if she's of ur type.. ok

Listening to Mukti,Cabir thinks in minds,"Bicharo ko kya pata ke hamara Manik baba already kitna fun karta hai hamari Nandini bhabhi ke sath..aur ye Mukti isse kya kisi aur ke sath fun karne ko bol rahi hai,agar Nandini ko ye pata chala na to Manik ki life ka bacha-kucha fun bhi le legi vo."

On the other hand Manik was nt knwing wat to answer Mukti as he cant say yes coz except Nandini he could never dream of any othr gal with him bt nw he couldn't evn say no too coz then their suspicons might get increased.Understnding Manik's dilemma,Cabir thinks to save him.

Cabir:Kya yaar Mukti..tu to Manik ke piche hath dhoke pad gayi..maine kya bola aur tu kya samaj gayi..arey maine Manik ke liye no isliye bola tha coz we all knw tht Manik ko sambhalna kisi bhi normal ladki ke bas ki baat nai hai..aur ek new gal kya Manik ko handle karegi afterall har ladki thodi hamari Nandini ki tarah hoti hai jo Monster Manik ko takkar de sake hai na Manik..

He winks at Manik and Manik jst gives him a angry look bt then smiles knwing tht again he had saved him.Mukti too gets convinced with Cabir.

Mukti:Ha..vo bhi correct hai..

Before anyone could say anything else Dhruv speaks in.

Dhruv:Guys..ab agar sabki baatein khatm ho gayi ho to lets to classroom..shayad princi pohonch gaye honge..

Evryone agrees and leaves for the classroom.As soon as they reach the class,they find pricipal already in the class standing with a handsome guy.

Principal:So finally Fab5 have arrived too..mujhe to laga tha ke muje personally jakar tumlogo ko invite karna padega bt m grateful ke tumlog khud hi aa gaye..And since nw u all have come so go nd take ur seats.Fab5 jst goes to their seats with a carefree expression.After evryone gets seated the principal starts tlking.

Principal:So people,as we all knw tht since Prof. Raghav has left SPACE there was like a void amongst evryone..so to fill tht void we have brought u all a new mentor who will guide u all through ur difficulties and will train u all to become a better musician.So nw let me introduce u all to ur new teacher ie. Prof.Shlok.Evryone looks at the guy who is standing beside the princy.

Prof.Shlok:Hello evryone..Firstly I wna tell u all something tht jst lik nw Principal Sir have told so m ur new Prof. Bt I dnt wnt anyone to call me prof. or sir coz I wnt evryone to feel free with me and consider me as ur frnd and secondly m nt jst a few years older thn u all so pls u all wil call me with my name only.

Evryone feels comfortable with him.Then principal leaves from there handing over the class to the new prof.Then prof.Shlok starts speaking.

Prof.Shlok:Well guys..i dnt wnt to start my 1^st day with some boring lecture and I knw even u all dnt wnt tht so instead of tht I wna knw abt u all and abt ur music..So lets directly come to music only..so guys I wna knw who is the best male singer of ur class.

Evryone were knwing the answer very well so as soon they hear the questn evryone cheers Manik's name loudly.

Prof.Shlok:Oh..so its Manik..i get it guys bt who is this Manik.

Suddenly our hero get ups from his seat and says with full attitude.

Manik:I m Manik..Manik Malhotra..

Seeing Manik's attitude Shlok thinks to test his abiliies.

Prof.Shlok:Ok..so Manik I hope tumhara music bhi utna hi strong hoga jitna tumhara attitude hai..so lets have u over here and check it nw..m sure tumhare classmates or shd I say ur fans too mst be dieing to hear u out..wat say..

Manik ws gona say no bt then he thinks to make this prof aware of his talents so tht he could never questn his music again so he agrees.

Manik:Fyn..i dnt mind..singing is my passion..to obviously mai uske liye kabhi mana nai karunga..

Prof.Shlok:Thts the spirit..my boy..bt I dnt wnt to listn u sing alone coz I knw u might be very good in it thtsy u are so popular so I wnt to see hw u perform with a partner...So guys nw tell me who is the best female singer of ur class who can sing along with Manik.

Before anyone could say anybody's name,Cabir yells Nandini's name.And listening this whole class including Manik and Prof. too looks at him

.Cabir:Wat..y u all are staring at me..maine to bas Nandini ka naam liya..

Prof.Shlok:First of all..tell me wats ur name young boy..

Cabir happily:Hi sir..mai hu The Cool Cabir...

Prof.Shlok smiles:So Cool Cabir nw tell me abt Nandini..

Cabir:Sir..nandini is our frnd who is also one of the best singer of our college..u knw she has this beautiful voice which she rarely uses..aur Manik ko to sirf Nandini hi complete karti hai..i mean uski voice ko compliment karti hai..

Listning to Cabir then even Mukti,Alya and Dhruv too joins him to praise Nandini while Manik jst stands smiling thinking abt her.Prof gets curious abt Nandini aftr listnin so many praises for her.

Prof.Shlok:So where is this Nandini jiske bare mai itne tarifein suni hai..comeon gal dnt feel shy jst come over here.

Then evryone remembers tht Nandini is nt in class till nw.So Dhruv informs him abt this bt then suddenly they hear a knock on the door and they turn towards it and it was none other than Nandini knocking on the door.

Nandini:May I come in sir..

Prof.Shlok:Yes..u can..nd let me guess u must be Nandini right..

Nandini walks in and gets surprised hearing tht the new prof. already knwing her name and then she spots even Manik standing near him and this confuses her even more.

Nandini:Umm..yes I m Nandini..bt sir aapko kaise pata..

Prof.Shlok:Well..tumhare frnds kabse tumhari hi tarif kar rahe the to I guessed from tht..so nw come over here u have to join Manik to sing along with him.

Nandini shockingly:What..bt y..

Prof.Shlok:Dnt be so shock dear..it jst tht I wna knw wat the students of SPACE are capable of and at which level their music is on.So nw dnt think more and jst come near Manik..m sure u mst be knwing him right..

Nandini hesitantly comes near Manik and jst looks at him and gets more nervous thinking how she'l perform with him infront of evryone.So she tries to refuse bt evryone cheers for her and says its abt SPACE's reputation so she have to sing.So finally after many request she agrees.

Nandini:Ok..so kya gana hai..

Prof.Shlok:Vo to tum dono decide karo ke tumhe kya gana hai..m jst a listner like evryone else bt I hope it's a good one.

Nandini looks at Manik and says:So wat are we gona sing..

Manik gets an idea and then smirks at her and says:Tumhe vo to abhi pata chal jayega..

Saying this he then starts playing his guitar and Nandini comes and sit nears him.Manik then starts singing by looking at Nandini.

(Nandini understnds tht he is gona express his feelings through the song so she decides to do the same.Then Nandini sings)

(They both sings together smilingly as if forgetting evryone around them.)

(Manik closes his eyes and smiles and remembers how last night he secretly came to her jst bcz he was missing her.)

(He opens his eyes and looks at Nandini and winks at her.)

(Nandini too gets drown in Manik's voice and starts remembering all those beautiful moments tht she had spent with Manik.She then closes her eyes and then sings.)

(She then opens her eyes at looks at Manik's face which is constantly smiling and she knows its jst for her only.She remembers how instead of making him leave she let him stay with her last night even though her family was at home coz evn she desperatly wntd to be with him all the time.)

(She remembers how he had promised her tht he would never force her for doing something for which she isnt ready and how he said tht he'll always protect her no matter wat happens.)

(Both conveys their feelings towards eachother through the song and jst keeps smiling whole time while singing.They then sing both together.)

They both were lost amongst eachother and were so close to each other as if were almost gona kiss bt then they heard loud clapping sound which brokes their trance.They both come come back to their senses and move away frm each other and jst smiles looking at each other.Prof.Shlok comes to them and praises them.

Prof.Shlok:Wow..tht ws really a gr8 performance..m really very impressed by both of u..nw I understand y u both are so popular among ur frnds..

Manik and Nandini both smiles hearing all this compliments.Prof.Shlok notices the exchange of smiles happning between both and says..

Prof.Shlok:Well...I think somwhere its nt jst ur music skills which made this performance so brilliant bt I guess there is something between u two which made it more wonderful..

Both Manan gets startled hearing this.Nandini nods her head in no while Manik jst turn away his gaze.Prof.Shlok understnds their situation and says.

Prof.Shlok:Ok..if u say so..bt anyway it ws really good...Nw I'l end this class so see u all 2mrw..

He then turns to Nandini and takes her hand in his own and kisses on his hand saying.

Prof.Shlok:I mst say ur voice is as beautiful as u are..nd this m nt saying as ur Prof. bt as ur listener..

Nandini and everyone around gets shockd seeing this gesture from their new Prof. while Manik ws jst burning with jealousy and anger after seeing him touching his gal.He ws going to shout at him bt before tht the prof. jst moved out from there and fab5 comes and surrounds them.

So guys sry for ending it on such a point bt cudnt help it and as I have exams from 2mrw so won't be able to update nxt part till nxt week thtsy made this part so lengthy..hope u like it..
