Eat whatever you want but Please workout & get back in shape.. Manik demands it! Once upon a time he used to ghoomofy aadha nanga punga in front of Nandu.. and today when Nandu is actually his, he Can't..do that!
And I can't..take this extremely decent Manik Malhotra! So please..give back the old shameless Manik!

well he is too busy to go to gym 😆

but he do some weight lifting when he picks up nandu but yes i know not enough

Uff that jawline A collective wish of the entire forum, I guess..

But it seems he has to find out a way to workout on the sets itself coz with these kind of gruelling schedules, the prospect of going to the gym looks dim.

And controlling his diet, woh toh namumkin hai 😆 Aur Abhi phir Gaya hai " Feast " khaane shaadi mein 😉

dat jawline!!...

i srsly want a glimpse of dat sexy tattoo...😳

now all we get is a vest...with a tummy clearly visible...jo larka room m ea atehi kapde uttar deta tha ...aj washroom se towel ke upar vest pehen ki nikalta hai...dats so unfair!!!

mrvr i believe he needs a shave he looks so much bttr clean shaven!!

man pls pls pls hit da gym...aur fans ne chocolate ya cake bheje toh pls mat khana ..dekhna aur thanx bolna..pls man...!!!we want monster manik back!

Ikr... He is grown fat! This is unfair. The first episodes... He never used to leave a chance to take off his shirts... N even the pants swirling around with shorts only! N now...poor guy cant even stand straight! As though he is tryng to hide his tummy or sumthng!! Nor Fair Mr. Parth Samthaan!!!!
