Can I explain Dhruv a bit. He seems childish but it's been his case for a long time. His insecurities have surfaced because it is hindering his relationship with Alya- something he had wanted for a long time. Dhruv has always fixated on 1 person at a time. This is his constraint, probably because of his disease . He needs to vent out to break free. Also we should not forget he was taunted to be the one having the worst temper , it was dormant because he was ignoring his insecurities. I don't think we should judge him harshly , he needs this conflict just like Manik does too for their friendship and for it to be healthy again.
