You know what I find interesting all of fab5 members kind of know their limitations or flaws. Earlier Cabir used to voice his troubles regarding missing his father, Mukti with her distant parents or even Alya. And now when we hear Manik realizing or atleast acknowledging his impulsiveness , it seemed that he knew about it already but he never realized how it was messing his life and hurting others too. So refreshing?

It is like he is realizing the impact of his impulsiveness through watching Nandini so broken up and not being able to accept his apology. Manik knows Nandini deep inside, he knows Nandini is all soft and sweet, and that she forgives people and gives them a chance. Remember when Manik went to save Dhruv and Nandini followed him, when she was a spot? and the next day I remember her saying "He is not that bad, actually. Maybe I'll ask him about Dhruv", yeah she was innocent and naive, still is and that is one of the qualities which attracts Manik to her.

Chetu - He is growing without changing the way he is . He will still process things his way, but now his life principles are evolving.

Their thing has taught him that not every relationship is a give and take.

She has made him realize that his impulsiveness is all damaging.

With her , he is discovering what trust actually means...

The evolution of the characters is being handled well, none of the characters are doing a volte-face but rather the transformation is gradual without changing the intrinsic essence of who these characters are. And that is why this show is unique. Most shows struggle in showing the transformation, it becomes such a farce when the character changes overnight.
