cabir says , "i will wait intezar karunga mein and leaves room laughing 😆😆 " i can't help but think he is saying it with double meaning

In the hospital scene of musicana night (Episode 77), Manik offers Nandu chai which she refuses. When he asks her if she is refusing because he is offering it to her, she retorts that it shows how little he knows her and that she does not like chai. He turns to leave and Nandu very innocently tells him she likes filter coffee which invites an incredulous look on Manik's face. He asks her if he looks like a waiter to her and leaves the paper cup next to her, telling her to either drink it or throw it away.

Thirty one episodes later (Epi 98), Manik takes the trouble of making her a cup of coffee. Considering that he made fun of her coffee demand right after their break up and later remembered what she likes and took the trouble of making it for her in an effort to patch up with her was really sweet.
