he will let go of nandu ...again dhruv will be the life saviour for manik ...eventually he will make manik and nandu blurt out their love in front of every1!!!

THANK YOU for this post. Very much needed. people calm down and give vikku a chance to make this work. there was nothing to get worked about in the precap except nandini's inner dilemma.

THIS.. This is what this show is about. its about realism and it depicted what normal teenagers go through. when the heart aches for comfort and solace, it will go to the first person who won't hesitate to give it. Admit it, how many of you have never looked at one of your male friends and went, i wonder what it will be like if i date him. the answer is all of you, regardless of whether that thought lasted for a nano micro second or for a month. we'v all got some sort of soft spot for our friends, even though many times we tend to brush it off. thats what nandhu has. she thinks of dhruv as her savior. after the countless time that manik has left her broken.. dhruv had been there, trying to fix her. she knows she doesn't love dhruv. SHE knows it, but a wounded heart does not care who the other person is as long as it has a shoulder to cry on, a person to share her feelings with. Just because she wondered why she didn't love him doesn't make her a bad character or something. its part of growing up.. its the hormones and inner turmoils of the teenage brain. and nandhu is just 17 or 18 right? she was forced to act and stay mature at an early stage in her life. all she'd built this wall around her.. so just for ones, she needed to let her guard down. needed an ear to listen to her. to give importance to her thoughts and her feelings. its symbolic for the endless support a true friend will give ;)

Here's what I think of it!

I have no problems with Nandu deliberating about why she didn't fall for Dhruv , considering he was the text-book Prince. This is the question which has been on the minds of few and specially needed for her to understand what is it about Manik that makes her feel all these emotions . Also perhaps when time comes she can answer Manik and tell him why it was always him for her.

Dhruv has been her friend , so it's natural that when she is surrounded by nobody she feels like letting go and be all vulnerable and he is the safe place too for her. There is nothing wrong till here.

But what messes it for me and probably where Nandu errs is that she takes Dhruv's feelings for granted. She is dictating their friendship and expects him to let all he felt go. Which is sort of unfair to Dhruv- especially when she busted his bubble not an hour before. So yeah , as far as sensitivity is concerned it sucks.

But here I will like Dhruv and Nandu to notice this and realize that perhaps space is needed for them too. Dhruv needs to say that although he is her friend but right now he might not be the right person for her to understand her turmoil. Nandu should realize that it's not easy to yo-yo back to status quo.

I hate when people related this to character assassination. No dearies, it's not, weak moment, wrong judgement and just the emotional turmoil is messing them all. She has categorically defined her lines with Dhruv , reading anything beyond will be his fault.

Phew, I just wanted Nandu to reflect on Dhruv too , i guess, the guy did put himself out . Her indifference to his heart-break is what makes me feel that it needs to be brought out too.

Dear shells,glad to have a post from you.

I have mixed emotions about the episode. Also watched all the previous episodes of this week and I'm feeling deflated. It's got nothing to do with the characters or story progression,it's the execution.

Nandu is a well written,balanced character and am glad she is behaving like a normal teenager. She questions her intensity,her passion,her vulnerability with typical teenage angst. The " what if" is real and correct. Hell I do it sometimes,the "what if" makes the " what to do now" understandable. I like that about her. It's her slight physicality with Dhruv that made me uncomfortable. I have no problems Manik being witness to this, as far as I'm concerned Manik needs a bit of dragging over hot coals. Not too much just a little bit.

Manik on the other hand, has no clue really. I think with Cabir it's all in good humour and I totally love their friendship. But I honestly thought the whole" plan" execution would make Maniks soul tremble with fear,despair and a deep stirring. Therefore now I really want Manik to internalise and define his "need" for Nandu and really understand her " needs".

She wasn't questioning her feelings -- she was just simply wondering how it happened that she fell for the boy who was trouble and why she didn't love the guy who was simple and straight forward and just simply told her 'I LOVE YOU NANDINI'

While baba keeps goig on and on about sorry, you know, I know -- ARRRE Just Tell her if you know and if she knows too .. Instead of forcing her to accept your apology as if it is a thing you can just give her.

It is all because she has no friend -- everyone has a friend.

She keeps on holding to this one person who has told her that they are friends.

Why can't she be selfish and thing about HERSELF for a change?

Why is that only she read between the lines, she looks at dhruv and sees that he is not fine -- why is that only she has to be truthful and right all the time and ask Dhruv, if he is fine, if he is good even tohugh she said no -- if they are still friends after that? Can they be friends?

If Dhruv is so uncomfortable being her friend after she said No! Then he needs to be truthful too, like her and tel her that he needs space from her.

Nandiin, if she knew that Dhruv is confused, isn't comfortable, is still so hurt over it -- She would have given him the space he wants happily. Because she worries about them all. She might feel hurt but it doesnt mean that she won't back out.

And she is not the only girl, in fact so many girls, everyday think the same thing -- Why not the simple guy who had no complications for her -- why couldn't she just love him? -- Why the one who makes her go crazy?

When people need her to be strong, when people need her in their hour of need -- She pushes back everything -- all her hurt, her pain, her mistrust, her anger -- and just stays there for the people who need her. It has always been like that.

Dhruv can deal with this -- He has called her a friend na? Either man up and tell her that he is not comfortable being her friend right now, they should take a break or be their for her even when she is not saying anything because she needs a friend --- if he can't be her friend right now then he should just tell her.

That girl we go home and cry in her pillow. She won't ask for anyones support.
