Manik is pigheaded and stupid and idiotic and abhi mere Mann main itni gaaliyaan aa rahi hai uss ullu ke patthe ke liye, how could he do that to Nandini??

First he calls their special moments a drunk mistake and then he breaks off with her and goes on a camping trip with his ex oye maar daalungi uss ullu de patthe ko main by god sachhi..

He was not thinking straight there Kashu. He was more worried about losing Nandini as a friend because of his relationship issues. That's pretty much why he said that.
