I don't want him to leave her for dhruv...coz he knows about her feelings for him...even if he cares for dhruv atleast he should think about her and her condition too...I better wish he somehow make dhruv not to confess to her or saying to him like she loves someone...

That is what... Before Dhruv proposes Manik can tell him that he knows that nandini is in love with someone else... he does not have to tell them about them or he can be frank like he was with cabir... that they both love each other...
