I dont think so dhruv will agree to her bcoz he is still confused abt his feelings bt she will do something definitely dat will spoil manrav's friendship. She is spoiling 4 life's dhruv,nandini,manik n herself. When dhruv will be heartbroken, he will always stay away from love. She is spoiling many life's by her tantics to get manik. I guess she will lose everybody.

Alya is going to cause trouble with Fab5 and ManRuv to a certain extent for sure. Manik wouldnt get back to her with or without Nandini in the picture.

Alya is digging her grave, this won't change a thing between Manik and her but she is going to fall in front of fab5. Dhruv's crush will accelerate which tbh is the sub-story of his character. There is more to him which will be explored down the road. The Rishab connection .

Alya is thinking totally selfishly not knowing that such tactics will not get Manik to love her if he does not feel that way about her. We cannot even call Alya's feelings as love because this action is totally about what she wants.

She is definitely not thinking straight. At the moment all she can think of is removing Nandini out of reach from Manik exploiting the strong bond between Him and Dhruv. She fully well knows that if Dhruv declares his feelings for Nandini, Manik will refrain from going after her.

The scenario is setup for a big time emotional upheaval, misunderstandings, pain and charged atmosphere. It all depends which direction and to what extent the CV's plan to take it.

One thing is clear Alya is abusing the trust between friends. She knows that it is something that is important for the man she supposedly loves but hasn't learned her lesson at all.
