Why is it always the males?

How come always the males tend to suspect.. here are some examples

KTH: Sujal suspects Kashish for Piyush, Kashish marries Piyush, Sujal turns Neg, then again Postive after He marries Kashish, then he dies, and Tushar comes back into his role..

KZK: Onurag suspects Prerna for Marrying Bajaj, re-marries her, divorces her, and now keeps her in his home

Kyunki: I don't remember Mihir suspecting Tulsi but could have happened before!

KGGK: Om supects Parvarti regarding Sanjay Doshi

Kstreet: Vansh suspects of Smriti having an affair with Ranuak, her hubby

KYPH: Angad blames Kripa for being Bewaffa...???

WHY is it always the males? and when Males become Bewaafa, Females forgive em? what happens in Ekta's world?
