Well, I may not necessarily be able to agree with you that you have never insulted members, many posts, sarcastic in nature have been of the kind which are rather insulting, and often demeaning.
Insulting anyone is wrong. I know you will say that my post here is an insult to you, Sangeeta, but believe me, this is not. I am not insulting you neither am I making a dig at you. I am honestly replying to your post, since we are having an open discussion.
If you insult Kripa, thats wrong as well. Calling her vile names is not acceptable to anyone. Yes, this is a forum meant for all to express their views, openly and squarely, and freely too. But in doing so, we should all remember to excercise some restraint in our words and languages and keep the discussion above board. If you did not like something which Kripa did, you can say so in a better manner. Why insult? Wont her fans feel bad. Wont those guys feel bad who support her move.
Who is Kripa - a figment of someones imagination. By insulting Kripa, you are insulting that person who conjured up that character. By insulting Kripa, you are insulting every member who believes in Kripa's actions. Life is big and Life is unpredicatable. Who knows if someone in real life had to actually undergo the pain Kripa did, who knows if someone in real life actually did what Kripa did.
In this very forum, in another section, when we were discussing on adultery and extra marital affairs, which formed the theme of the show. One member came forward to tell us her story, on how her life changed with the fickle ways of her partners heart. When we were condemning the man, she told us how in real life, things can happen. I was told by another, how though the man seems to be the wrong one, may have had no choice really. Life is strange.
No one here cares if you are close to Sneha or Iqbal. They are happy if you know them, but even if you did not, I dont think it ever made a difference to them. Again, why put thoughts into their head. Why assume what they think.
Sangeeta, dont say sorry, if you dont mean it. Do what your heart tells you to do. I know you will make an effort, I am waiting for that. 😃
