i think it depends on whether u like tht person or not - if u do thn mayb its simply hope and a type of paranoia (in a good way), or it may simply b a coincidence - just th place they tend 2 look the most. Maybe u should subtly ak them - or keep staring at them (pretend ure staring into space) 2 c if they r reely looking at u or not.
