Here's my two cents …

That guy is probably interested in you. I would get all too excited to call it love or anything. Because love only happens when you spend some time in each other's company, talk to each other etc., If you do, then congratulations! You're on your way to being proposed (if that guy has some guts). If not, then probably as dinky said, he's checking you out … Wants to know more about you. If you give him enough invitation, he'll come forward and try to be friends with you. But don't approach the topic of "why are you always staring?", so soon in the relationship. He might deny it outright or might embarrass you. So I would say, wait a wile, play along with his jig and see where it is heading. The first step to falling in love is friendship. So wait until it happens, or if you are bold enough, go and be friends with him and see where it leads you eventually!

Lik I've sed same problem, all u do iz play along, I mean wen my sum1 stares I look at him den look away, Play along, 1 day, if it is true love then he'll speak to ya! I spoke to my sum1 once coz I had sum choclate and he wanted sum, so I gave him a lil, then he took it and said sumfing lik, oh I Thankx, I Luv u,(he meant it as a joke i fink😕)ect. When I went he said Thankx again Choclate Girl, I was goona tell him my name, but I left, to amazed at what happened!If u eva speak be ur self but dont be da 1st 1 2 say anifing, coz he'll embrass u, or might deny it, thatz y my mouth is shut!
