Chilly Comment Corner
Well guys, old loyalties die hard and I tried to refrain myself from watching KYPH, but couldn't resist......so hiding from my grandma and grandaunts and yeah, my dear old Mom, I did manage to watch KYPH and also managed to do a Chilly Comment Corner and have requested Nitoo the great to post it!
Blazing row of the episode - But ofcourse, Angad venting fire & fury on the hapless and unfortunate Kripa. Angad just cannot keep his hand off the lady! He has to provoke her and make her do something which will give him a chance to retort back to her!
''Enough Angad!'' of the episode - Angad has a colourful vocablury and he chooses to use all that on Kripa! What is left to be called now? Characterless, Gold-digger, Two-Timer, Hooker, Beggar...................Oh Angad, why can't you see that its your own grave you are digging so furiously?
Jhansi Ki Rani of the episode - Kripa finally breaking her silence and smearing Angad's face with Sindoor in anger and grief!
Tear inducing moment of the episode - Kripa weeping and pleading with Angad not to burn her memories, and an obsessed and rage-filled Angad forcefully holding her back from stopping him.
Heart-breaking moment of the episode - Angad breaking down on the floor after banishing Kripa and telling himself that in order to burn her memories, he will have to burn first.
''There you go my boy'' of the moment - Prithvi darling, for splashing champagne on Angad's face and giving him a lesson or two on how it feels to be humiliated in front of everyone! Way to go Prithvi, you should have poured the whole Decanter, according to me (and spoilt Angad's lovely Sherwani!)
''Whow! What happened?'' of the moment - Mishti slapping Prithvi (rather feebly, I must say) for doing the honors on Angad! Hey sis, so this was all your love & respect for the brother you had for the past 20 - 22 years? You sacrificed his honor for the man you barely know?
Girl of the moment - Aaliyah, for using her brains unlike the rest of her hopeless clan! Aaliyah rightfully sensed that Angad is extremely unhappy and found out the reason, but also wisely kept out of A-K's bitter feud in the Outhouse!
Poor baby! of the moment - Kripa shedding buckets of tears and in a child-like manner telling Prithvi how Angad has burnt down every shred of her memory in a fit of rage! Prithvi looking heart-broken as usual and then getting the ''Wait till I get you, you bloody creep'' look on his face! Love this guy's protectiveness!
Chilly Analysis - Well, its really cold here and I can't think much when my brain is numb! Lol, jokes apart, it was a blazing episode, completely terrific. The row between Angad and Kripa was just mind-boggling and renewed my interest in watching KYPH again! Iqbal Khan was just terrific as the angst ridden, frustrated and tormented lover boy who wants to not just destroy Kripa but burn himself at his love's stake too! Neha was simply superb today.....emotional scenes are her forte, but she does over do it sometimes, but today her expressions were rocking, especially in the scene where she watches completely horror-struck, as Angad snatches the box from her and burns each and everything! Her pleading and crying making no effect whatsoever on the mad guy! It acutally sent shivers up my spine (ok that could have something to do with the cold also!) when I saw Angad holding Kripa forcefully by her arms and keeping her away from the fire......it was a symbolic gesture, stating that ''I have no option but to burn in your love for the rest of my God damn pathetic life, atleast you should feel the heat, if not burn in it yourself.''
Amit as Prithvi was amazing as usual and I just loved the scene where he pours champagne on Angad's face.......it was one of his rare expressions of anger and rage and he chose an apporpriate time and audience to do that! Dunno what went wrong with Suvarna today, her slap was pretty unconvincing, or atleast I thought so!
Promo for tomorrow - Angad looks ridiculous in that Pagdi....somewhat like a brawny PC Sorcar! I burst out laughing the moment I saw him (hope my Major Saab doesn't look like this, I won't be able to control my giggling!)......I wish he takes that thing off soon, else Kripa will surely go in for Prithvi I am hoping & guessing that today is the episode where Angad the idiot knows what a fine trip to the moon his so-called Mom & Brother have taken him too.......and we also know that it will be too late for amendments! But I have this gut feeling, that even though Angad & Kripa will be seperated, they won't end up marrying different people.......they will just share a love-hate relationship with one another, with Prithvi as the proverbial support system! I am betting that he and Aaliyah will get together!
Hoping to see a lot of sparkling and simmering moments between Angad and Kripa......and yeah, guys missing you all like hell!
