Amit as Angad...would he suit the role?

Hey guys, this is an old article, but i came across it and thought of sharing it with you...

Once again, Amit Tandon has lost his pie to Iqbal Khan. In Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai, Tandon was first supposed to do Angad's role, which eventually went to Iqbal. It has now happened in Karam Apna Apna. Says Amit, "Whatever decisions are taken by Ekta Kapoor are never wrong.

She knows television the best. Maybe she wants to establish my Manthan character in Kyunki... more, that's why I am not doing Karam Apna Apna." Amit made his first splash on television with Indian Idol.

Do you think Amit Tandon would have suited Angad's role in Kyph and Shiv's role in KAA...

please discuss ur views here...please dont say that Iqbal is the best and so no Amit wouldnt have suited it, but seriously try imagining him doing Angad's and Shiv's role do you think he would have suited it?? Please be honest,theres no harm in saying he would have even if u r a Iqbal Khan fan...the question isnt whether Amit would have been better as Angad than Iqbal Khan, the question is whether if Amit did do the role would he have suited it??

I, myself am a big fan of Iqbal Khan, but when i think of it, i sometimes feel he may have suited the role of Shiv, this is because i've seen his acting as Manthan where he plays a bad guy and not to forget his role as a bad/mad guy Pritvi in kyph itself... so i think if he did do Shiv or Angad's role to SOME EXTENT he would have possibly suited it...

ermmmmmmmmmmmm well imust admit dat once u luv 1 person potrayn a certain role u cant imagine ne1 else i.e Iqbal woz da best as Angad

but i can imagine amit as shiv coz i personally feel dat amit is really gud at potraying charcters wid shades of grey 😛 😛

i really lyked amit as prithvi n felt dat he portrayed dat role very well as da best friend, heart broken lover but he woz superb as da obssessed lover, killer

i luv amit n'all but i dun fink he cud'v pulled off Angad's role ukno da whole tall, dark n handsome, rockstar image n although amits n neha's chemistry woz really gud but da chemistry between neha n iqbal is wot made KYPH extra-ordinary, unique n magical😃

no i don't think amit will suit in angad or shivs role i don't know but to me both roles have to have that bad boy look which to me amit doesn't have

well.......if we wud have seen him first as angad then we wud have liked him and if iq was as prithvi we wud have said he's better off as prithvi.....so now we have seen angad,we like him,off course wid kripa 😳 😳

i really couldn't see anyone else as Angad.. Iqbal played is VERY well. He seriously won everyones heart by playing the hearthrob Angad.. AHH i just fell in love with him all over again.. 😆 😛 😳

Amit wouldnt suit Angad's role but he might have done Shiv's role better and at least he wouldnt have quit midway. 😆 😆 😆
