KYPH never interested me but I know Iqbal is a fantastic actor (I've seen him in KavyAnjali 😳 ) Since then I've always wanted to see Iqbal in another show. An actor of his caliber shouldn't be wasted in mediocre shows like Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai. Shows like these are suited more for stars like Neha and Amit 😊

KavyAnjali was quite mediocre itself. Not only that, Iqbal's character as Shauriya was hardly given any room to develop, so I don't know how much credibility your comment holds.

And Kavyanjali had lots of bloopers but KYPH was just perfect.

Its the only show that has been perfect.

I really miss Angad-Iqbal.

I guess now i have to start watching Karam Apna Apna.

And I didn't say KavyAnjali is a brilliant show or anything. I said I saw Iqbal's performance in that show and he was fantastic.

As for Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai, I watched one or two episodes and it definitely looked like a medicore show! Actually, it was even below😛..I was only interested because of Angad's character. Which is why I want to see a talented actor like Iqbal in better shows than this😊

Secondly Iqbal wasn't wasted in this show... after KYPH...he became so popular MashahAllah...more popular than any of the movies he did or any other serials he took... Angad is Iqbal...Iqbal is Angad....even a kid will recognize Iqbal as Angad... even he admits in this article that KYPH made him a household name. So he wasn't wasted!

You saw only 1 or 2 episodes and you judged that KYPH is a medicore show...wow! Maybe you should've given it atleast a week or two to decide. Anyway its your choice, for million others and for me it was a great show....it was one of the best shows I have watched and my favourite after Kutumb 😊

You think KYPH was a "mediocre show", and "KavyAnjali wasn't brilliant or anything", I hope Karam Apna Apna is upto your standards 👍🏼

Sorry to break it to you, but your comment is completely wrong. KYPH was a blockbuster hit when it first came out. Only in the last few months did it go down, and that was due to Ekta's storyline. In addition, the show was a hit because of Iqbal AND Neha. If there wasn't a girl to complement Iqbal as well as Neha, this show wouldn't have gone that far. You haven't seen much of KYPH, so you obviously are not in a condition to make such conclusions. 😛 And as Khushi wrote above, Iq-Neha's chemistry was the best after Gauri-Hiten in Kutumb.

I hope I didn't offend you, I meant it in the politest way possible. Maybe if you see the initial episodes of KYPH, you'll understand what we mean. 😃

You welcome Sunita, but if that was the case how come they did not win the jodi awards for ITA or Telly awards, if I remember Kavya Anjali took it for two years in a row right!

Iqbal and Neha did win Sony's Aap Jaisa Koi best jodi award 😊
