The mother gets custody of the child more than 70% of the time and that is a fact. If the mother if unfit then the the child may go to the father. Usually the mother and father get equal custody, but again it varies from case to case. But because we are talking about Angad and Kripa Angad wouldn't be seen as the fittest father in front of the court.

Well if A and K were in Europe (i do not know how it is in Unitenkingdom i am talking about Germany Austrya, France and Switzerland) then

Angad would get custody of Sur because Kripa left home and never tried to get or meet Sur. But court would force Angad to let Kripa meet Sur whenever she wants and court would force Angad to tell Sur that Kripa is her mother. 😊

In Euorope Kripa could never become Tanya. It is impossible to change one's identity 😆 and

In the Prateek custody Angad can force Kripa anytime for a DNA test. He must not have any proof that he is the father. But because Kripa is a good mother, she has been looking for Prateek since last five years and she has given him a good parwarish, Kripa would for sure get Prateek's custody. But as in Sur's case court would force Kripa to tell Prateek that Angad was his father and would allow Angad to meet Prateek anytime he wants to meet. (Anytime means the time comfortable for the parent with custody) and the court would force Angad to pay for Prateek's upbringing according to his income 😊
