He has one unusual quality besides just being a great actor and that is of being a good cook. "I make lovely Tomato chicken and everyone who has had it loves it," confesses the heartthrob of many.He is the kind of man that most women would fancy not just because he looks good but also because he is a no hassle person where food is concerned. "I can eat anything and everything under the sun. I can even eat karela. But my all time favorite is Yellow Dal tadka and Bhendi. His favorite Kashmiri delicacy is Waazvaan". I am a pure non-vegetarian and non-vegetarian food comprises of my daily diet."
From his physical appearance the general perception that one might get is that he is a fitness freak and a person who is very conscious about his personality but that is not the case. Although he has been working out right from his schooling days he has never felt the need to cut down on his eating habits." I don't avoid any particular type of food. In fact, I love eating food. But only when I feel I am putting on weight I try and cut down a bit on my diet."
He does not hold any kind of personal favorites where restaurants are concerned, but one eating joint that he really likes visiting is the Chawla Kitchen, which is situated in Oshiwara.
"My mom makes the best Ferni in the world and no dessert can beat this preparation," exclaims Iqbal before signing off.
