I was a keen athlete at school and would also work out religiously at a fitness studio.
I've always been inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger and watched his movies to a point where I longed to have a physique like his.

After months of rigorous shooting schedules, I have trained myself to wake up at any time of the day and survive on junk food. I have my first meal at around two pm since I live on my own and don't get the time to cook even a bowl of noodles.

But I make it a point to drink a lot of water, as it's the best possible way to flush out toxins from the body. I also eat as much fresh fruit as I can.Drink lots of water

I carry a pair of dumbbells on the sets and use it for a quick workout in-between takes. I concentrate on my shoulders, biceps and triceps. I also do push-ups and stretches every alternate day because they keep my other muscles supple.
Say no to smoking and drinking
I have never taken to drinking though I have been a smoker at some point in time. I also pray every day; it gives me peace of mind.
