I don't think he has but they havent exactly revealed in the drama that he has rpaed sheetal although she pointed her finger at him in the hospital

Apparently, he assaulted her, not sexually, but still assault is assault. In the episode, both mishty and sheetal say it is rape, but the show does not reveal the truth except the fact that Kripa trusts Angad.
