well first of all, save the pix in ur computer.
then got to this website....

then click on the 'browse' button. n a box pops up with the list of pixs that r saved in ur computer. Then u double click on the pix u want to upload.
Then theres another button that says, 'host it!'
Then it takes u to another new page.
There go down n there r some links to websites. Well u go down n or in the middle of the page there beside a link it says, 'show your friend' n click on 'show'
it takes u to another page where it shows the pix n then right click on the pix, 'copy' n paste it here!
