So here's what I think

That's its not pritvi baby and it is in fact angad's baby,

So hence the picture symbolizing the rebirth of their baby that they lost

So what do you think?

well I dun think thats the reason they showed the pic......I think it was to hint the viewers that she's preggy since at that time no one knew. 😕 What do u all think?

or it could symbolize that this child, too, will be lost. but it cannot be Angad's baby...as I doubt they slept together 6 weeks back. but then you never know.
