Well If u have a pic then go to www.imageshack.us and browse the pic and then click on host it. then copy the link where it says hotlink for forums 1 I think. then paste it in the siggy box.

ok well first you go to settings then edit profile. then u click forum codes and copy the website link with the 2 img's. Take out the website thing they have in there and the pick that u want right click and click properties. Highlight the website they have in the properties menu and put it inbetween the 2 img's then click update profile and ur done. I hope i have been og some help.
