evidence against prithvi

hi .......... do u guys remember that when Josh was waiting for Angad......... Josh had a paper in his hand..... that was a picture of prithvi (if i remember correctly) or some evidence against prithvi which proved that he was behind all muder attempts on angad...........

well.... after prithvi killed josh, he ran away....... that piece of paper was still lying there........ did'nt the police get it ??????

other than simone, who knows that prithvi killed josh ? even though simone knows, she does'nt have any proof against prithvi, right ??

i do wish ekta wud bring simone back for a couple of weeks or so , maybe she would confess to kripa when she comes to know that angad is no more that the one-night stand never actually happened and that she had done it all to take revenge on angad.....

please let me know if i am missing something on evidence against prithvi .................
