Zaib has every right to want to seek revenge for Kripa's betrayal. Just as Kripa wanted to seek retribution for when Angad betrayed her.

En dono ke nafrat mein bhi pyaar chupa hota hai. Neither knew the entire story when they betrayed each other so yes they do deserve some pity. But the way they struck out when they felt betrayed wasnt deserved by the other as well. So just as Kripa had a right to get back at Angad, so does Angad.
