Neha is getting enough publicity

Yes she is. She comes on popcorn. Telly chakkar had her interviewed. She was interviewed on craze FM. Every Kaisa Ye Pyar hai promo features her. She even appeared in a couple of promos which showed only her, not Angad or Prithvi. And I think I saw her on Star News too. I even read some magazine interview of hers on this site. I think that is enough publicity. She cannot perform because the character she plays is not a rockstar. I read somewhere asking why can't they show the KYPH cast like those of Kahani or KSBKBT. The answer is simple- One Kahani and KGGK are family oriented serials and they can show an entire family getting together- KYPH is not. Second, star being a bigger channel can organise special episodes for festivals where the entire cast of a drama can participate. Sony is too engrossed in its reality shows hence do not promote serials. But KYPH being a musical is somewhat related to these reality shows, thats why the rockstar is getting promoted.

Amit and Prithvi are not getting publicity because the villain or supporting cast do not get much publicity. The nature of the character has made Prithvi unpopular. And he is supporting cast. There are only two in the lead.

I mean the short takes in tellychakkar. Even Iqbal Khan, Amit Tandon and Suvarna Jha have theirs.

Of course they rock and every character is important. But it is just not practical to give equal publicity to all. The only publicity that Amit can get is by presenting himself as an Indian Idol finalist

I agree with you shirin ,she is also getting publicity .the only thing is that she is not perfoming much ,the reasons maybe bcoz she isnt a rockstar ,lack of time ,maybe she is not interested

all three are good no doubts on that. Well just to let you know that josh too was a rockstar like angad yet it was angad who got promoted and not josh. KYPH too is a family serial just by the way! If you think that prithvis character is not popular - think again. The character is very much in demand. Hey agar villian no hota to love story ka kya maza hota! just the fact that people dont like him as prithvi goes to show how popular his character is with the audience.

Neha has just come on Popkorn, so has Iqbal come earlier. She has been interviewed on Telly Chakkar - well so have Iqbal and Amit, If snapshots of hers havbe come on SBS on Star News well so have Amit and Iqbal. You have read magazine interviews of Neha, well magazine have covered Amit and Iqbal as well. But its the guy who plays Angad/Zaib who has got more newspaper/magazine interviews than the people who play Kripa and Prithvi. Its the character of Angad/Zaib which is shown on other serials. Nothing against Iqbal whom i think is wonderful but personally i think that he is getting more publicity than his other co stars. Thats my belief and you are most welcome to differ with me.

He is getting more publicity because he is more in demand.But Kripa is getting good publicity too. And Prithvi- have a look around this forum itself. You will see how everyone Adores him! I guess you and a few other posters are among the few people who actually back Prithvi as a character. Personally, I dont approve of his villainy. He is not in popular demand either(Prithvi). But Amit is good, no doubts about that. So he will have to become famous as Amit and not Prithvi.
