I like many things about her.
But to be brutally honest and give my own opinion, it would have to be her courage and dignity to carry on working/doing her job under the cirumstances.
I do not know how I would cope if my colleague (that I work with closely on daily basis) 's gf always posted notes of underlying hatred towards me at an office forum.
That is what I truly admire about her. Her dignity not to once hint that anything is amiss. That is a classy act - the best acting ever.

I couldnt agree more Maya. Ive noticed the same thing as well. Some say IQ shows a lot of maturity in his interviews but I have to say I feel Neha shows the most maturity. In spite of all the drama on the sets she can still go out there and put everything behind her with a smile on her face. She doesnt take jabs at her colleagues regardless of what may be happening behind the sets.
Someone stated above that Neha reminds them of Kajol and I didnt realize the similarities until now. They are both mischevious and dont give a hoot what others think of them. I simply admire that trait in others. As long as they are happy with themselves and those whose opinions they respect have no objections to their actions then who cares what others think.
I have adored Neha's portrayal of Kripa since I first started watching KYPH. She has an innocence that reflects in her acting. She has come a long way as an actress.
