Smart Shabbir/ Dangling A-K/Sly Prithvi.

Today's episode was a good one, if you dismiss Kripa's long-stretched emotional blackmail of Shabbir…but boy, she did pull it off….guess she has a knack for understanding people's temperaments, she dealt with Prithvi's Labrador practically and with Shabbir on the emotional meter….and it clicked for her both the ways.
Shabbir is a sad man, awaiting death aimlessly because his love Anna is no more….after receiving some solid verbal blows from Kripa, he sees a reflection of true love in our Angad-Kripa and voila, he lands in court to defend Angad…Angad who is being a brat as usual and giving dry replies to the judge.
For once, K-writers have used their brains…..it takes Shabbir just three minutes to turn the tide of case in Angad's favour…..thanks to a forensic report and simple common sense….Shabbir throwing a pen at Angad is a take-off from a similar scene in either The Practice or another law series that I used to watch…….FINALLY! SOME BRAINS.
Kripa's love and concern for Angad was heart-rending….she persisted on getting Shabbir like a crazed woman…was outside his house the whole bloody night….followed him everywhere…and when she sees Angad being hanged to death in her dream…the way she wakes up terrified screaming his name and the post-nightmare reaction was definitely a good piece of acting.
Prithvi and his partner-in-crime Simone continue with their Mephistopheles streak….we all know the "Ace of Cards" that this Troll is going to pull off tomorrow……tomorrow, when Shabbir will get Kripa in the witness box as a crucial witness…but by then, Kripa will be devastated because she'll know of Angad's supposed unfaithfulness….she'll be finished….and may end up being instrumental in sending Angad behind bars…..
All hell shall break loose tomorrow……and hell will freeze over for Kripa one year later when Angad returns with a venegence….ouchh!
I don't think Shabbir will stop even at Angad's sentence of 14 years…he may continue to work on his case…get it re-opened and manage to get Angad acquitted within one year.

I quite like the name Zeb…it was a grey character's name in a Spanish film I saw in my first year….the guy was almost an Adonis but with streaks of grey….maybe that's why am looking forward to Angad/Zeb already.
Ain't it ironic...Kripa, who is crashing heavens and earth to get Angad acquitted will somehow end up throwing him into those very dungeons from where she wants to save him.................
