When Josh was murdered Angad and Kripa were together. It must have taken Angad sometime to get the message, say his good byes, leave and then arrive at that place, by which time Josh had already died. If a post mortem had been done, as it is in most police cases (!), the time of death could have been ascertained. And then there is a case saying Kripa and Angad were together- Angad has an alibi. But the question I ask myself is 'WHHHYYY do I bother'. This is an Ektaa Kapoor soap (there are two things that doom this poor serial to Kingdom come...the most significant being its relationship to Ektaa Kapoor!).
I guess the word logic does not enter Ektaas dictionary...infact I think she has a very very limited vocabulary - Multiple Marriages, adultrous men, winging women, screwed up moms, pre marital sex (her favourite), unwed pregnancies, scheming vamps (who AlWAYS get to bed the male lead) and retarded story lines. When her creativity dries up her favourite formula is to organise a story leap. With KYPH it seemed like she was extending this vocabulary and stepping into the relm of 'sense and sensibility'...but alas...it must have been a figment of my very screwed imagination!!!!!!
