Sukirti Kandpal, a name that is synonymous with versatility, started her career with Sab TV show "Jersey No. 10" where she played main lead character of Sakshi, a Tennis player.
Her claim to fame was enacting sweet and innocent Dr. Riddhima in Star One's popular show "Dil Mil Gaye" opp Karan Singh Grover.
After DMG, as against her young bubbly image, she chose doing "Siddheshwari Singh" a bihari bahu in Zee TV's show "Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo" opp Abhishek Rawat.
A big milestone in her career was playing double role of sweet, innocent yet stubborn college gal Piya Jaiswal and evil Vampire princess Maithili in Balaji show on Star One "Pyaar Ki Ye Ek Kahaani" opp Vivian Dsena. Character of Piya itself was divided into two phases Piya Jaiswal and Piya Dobriyal, thus she portrayed her versatility beautifully here along with making waves for her pairing with Vivian Dsena popularly known as ViSu.
After PKYEK, she was seen in Zee TV show "Rab Se Sohna Ishq" playing spoilt, rich, stylish, NRI Jazzveer nicknamed Jazz paired opp Ashish Sharma.
After RSSI, she came back as main lead portraying NRI Simran aka Simmi who is a perfect mix of Indian n modern values in Life OK show "Kaisa Ye Ishq Hai Ajab Sa Risk Hai" opp Gaurav S bajaj.
Besides these innumerous shades and roles, she experimented a lot doing cameos. She is 1st Indian TV actress to do a Quadruple role, when she portrayed 4 characters of same face in Life OK show" Hum Ne Li Hai Shapath". She also portrayed the role of a victim of Teen pregnancy in Channel V show "Gumrah". She has appeared in many episodics of "Sshh Phir koi Hai", did an episodic for comedy show "Dekh Bhai Dekh".
AS A TV HOST:
Sukirti is not only a natural and versatile actress but she has also made her mark in field of anchoring and hosting. She hosted Red Carpet event of Zee Rishtey Awards, 2012, Finale of Bachelorette India-Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika, co-hosted Gumrah with Karan Kundra for two episodes, she also hosted a part of Life OK Screen Awards 2013 with Sushant Singh.
IN REALITY SHOWS:
She surprised her fans with her recent decision of joining controversial reality show Bigg Boss-8 on Colors. She gracefully and beautifully carried out her journey. She has been a part of "Meethi Chhuri No. 1" on Imagine TV earlier.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
As a successfull model, she has modelled for many popular brands like Dove Shampoo, PC Chandra Jewellers, Fair One Beauty Cream, Margo Soap etc,Cover girl for Style Speaks Magazine 2012 March issue, has been a part of Telly Calendar for four years in a row, now. She was India's representative for Miss India World Wide, 2011 held at Dubai, where she finished Top-10 along with winning "Miss Bollywood Diva". She was awarded with "Women Achiever award, 2013" by Aadhi Aabaadi foundation, New Delhi along with 18 other women in India hailing from different fields.
