Anouncement regarding banners-Help Needed

Members there has been a problem. The banner which won the competition was an animated banner. But we were unaware earlier that Animated banners are not allowed. So now the banner which got the maximum votes cannot be uploaded here. So now what???

We have two choices.

1. One is we can again start voting with only non animated banners that were submitted.
2. Or we can decide which-ever non animated banner got the maximum votes.

Now a decision will have to be taken. So I would like to ask you all what to do. If we start voting again maybe that will then have to wait for sometime as choco and Megha are a bit busy and absent here. Even I'll get busy next week so won't be able to keep an eye. So do let me know whats your decision. Put your views here and we can then decide.
