I am pretty sure this track of sneha's illness is taken out of kasauti zidagi kii where prerna's daughter sneha had cancer and to save her anurag&prerna had to give birth to brother/sister of sneha to save her...

Here also sneha will also need a "bone-marrow" transplant...which can only be taken from her real bro or sis....

So,if sneha is indeed kashish's daughter and this guy abhishek is piyush then.............you know what!..piyush&kashish will have to unite!😕😕

yaar he is not piyush he is capt abhisheek chauhan n pyush's twince brother but i know wht will happen kashish will help him out in sneha's disease n they will come close in all this teh story will turn like this 😊 n im sooooooooooooo happy 😳

i hope so...but it might happen...you never know what ekta might have in store for us...

coz...maybe the guy who's dead-body was shown was abhishek and this one is the real piyush...

otherwise i do not think there's any need to bring to sneha's illness angle in it..

u know i think sneha will really start liking kashish and want her to marry her dad{abhishek}...........and when kashish knows abt sneha's illness she n abhishek will decide to act as if they r husband n wife.......u know jhoota natak....so that they can fufil sneha's last wish .......meanwhile sujal will become alright again n come to take kashish with him.........but he will see all this and think that kashish has really married abhi n once again the cycle of galatfaimis will start...............oh god!!!!!!!! all ekta kapoor serials go the same way...and finally when those serials end nobody knows wat happened in it bcoz sab log pehle hi wo serial dekhna chod chuke hote hain 😕 🤢 .....like it happened with kahin kissi roz............lolzzzzzzzz
