Amilad,
You are right. I don't know about others, but I have stopped watching it. I come to this forum simply because I posted some comments (in the past) and I check if there are replies to those comments.
Furthermore, I can say that three months ago I used to be a great K-serial fan. But during this last month/week, I have stopped watching the following:
1) Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki
2) K Street Pali Hill
3) Kahin To Hoga
4) Kesar
5) Kumkum
6) Kavyanjali (though I might watch the last episode on coming Monday)
Two or three months ago, KTH was wonderful. That is when a lot was happening, including the involvement of Mr. Ahluwalia, etc.
However, in my personal opinion, the latest angle of Sujal and Gayatri took the serial southwards.
Two things that put me off:
1) If Sujal really loves Kashish, he wouldn't set fire to the transportation trucks and damage her business interests.
Therefore, it seems Sujal doesn't love Kashish anymore. Or, if he does, then I think that Kashish should reject Sujal because a person who pretends to love, but damages the lover's interest, is not supposed to be a good person.
2) Sujal and Gayatri are engaged. Then Sujal says he is not interested in Gayatri, but loves Kashish (so that Gayatri opens the door of her room). Then Sujal says that he said that so that Gayatri would open the door to her room.
Then, Gayatri calls Sujal and Sujal says he is not interested in her. On that same night, Gayatri is at Sujal's house and Sujal's mother says that she asked Sujal to say that he is not interested in Gayatri because she wanted Sujal to (again) put the engagement ring back on Gayatri's finger in front of everyone.
Then, now, Sujal and Gayatri's marriage is cancelled because Gayatri is supposed to have a medical problem. And then, now again (though, I don't know what happened in last [two] episodes) Sujal overhears Kashish and Shipra's conversation and probably, will again marry Gayatri.
On-off, on-off, it's becoming boring and going nowhere!
Anyway, as I said, it used to be a good serial. Hope that when it becomes interesting again, I will start watching it again.
Well, just some of my personal thoughts and opinions. And I hope that no one is offended by what I have written above. Sorry, and thanks for your understanding.
Regards,
Observer
