I agree with you k_fan......... Today star is what Ekta has made it..... It is Ekta who has put star on the top of all the channels......... So in a way I would say Star is more clever than zee and sony..... Atleast this way it is always on top of all the channels......... Ekta will never give too many serials to sony or zee. Because that way she'll be in competition with herself in the prime time slot. Even if she ties up with them it'll be for other time slots. This is something she herself said during her interview with Karan.... I made an exception only once that of Kksum. But otherwise I don't like to put one serial of mine against the other in some other channel.

or maybe sony n zee interfere with her script/story line when the trp fluctuates and maybe there is less interference from star
