Ive just seen the episodes up to where the Garewals' house is being emptied because of Swayam and Tushar says he loves Kashish. Also Charu and Akshat have just broken up because he realised her accident was fake. What is yet to come? Could you please inform me?

yes tushar does marry charu and archita goes into coma b/c of swayum. and in the latest (Jan. 20) update she comes out of coma, tells kashish tht tushar is sujal and kashish goes to tushar in the middle of the crowd and hugs him and says "i couldn't recognize to u. i am sorry SUJAL." and every is shocked to here tht. and it ends. i am not 100% sure if it was a dream but tht whts happened in 2day's (Jan. 20) episode. so i hope it helped u.
