Who’s Tushaar

I just watching Kahin to Hoga after such a long time. I am a little confuse who's Tushaar and where's Sujal. Would someone tell me what is their connection. Because I think there's a connection.

Tushaar is a person who was found near the lake by a couple...he had lost his memory, and his face had got damaged cuz of staying in water for too long...he was treated by archita, who later went to shimla to continue her doctors career in kashishs memorial hospital build for sujal on his name...tushaar as always went along....the connection is....ohh i dont want to admit it...but since ur confused, i'll tell, hes suppose to be sujal 😡 which that guy cant be! He doesnt have it in him to carry out such a strong and valuable character! So for me, hes just tushaar! About where sujal is, well sujal met with an accident 😭 while going to meet kashish, after finding out rishi was wrong and kashish was right...but on his way he was stopped by goons who were swayams friend and they beated him up, misunderstanding him as rishi...unfortunately, when they pushed him aside a van was passing by and it hit sujal, making him fall down in the river...us din ke baad se everyone thought sujal was dead as swayam had changed the DNA reports...but now everyone is aware that sujal is alive after swayam told them the truth, but no one is aware of where he is, and how he is!
