At the time of insemination, that woman and Kinj's medical files are exchanged by the nurse and as a result Kinj gets inseminated.. Of course she doesnt know it till now. Prakash knows this but keeps quiet to take revenge on Kinj as she rejected him twice😡.... Kanav-Neena also doesnt know tat Kinj is carrying K's baby..... But wenever Kinjal gets some pains, Kanav gets an uneasy feeling..... There will be many scenes where Kanav and Kinjal are shown to be connected together like they take pheras together without their knowledge, Kanav puts sindoor on Kinj's forehead etc etc....
