I don't find any firm ground for any kind of comparision between pandavas and karna....ONLY the mahabharat war can't be the benchmark....

not only those members should be banned who insult others and take names, those who insult the mythological characters and use bad names for them must also be banned...but unfortunately the moderator of this forum is not active..

Agree with you completely Charu; it is just as wrong calling pouranic characters names as it is calling each other.
I wonder if the moderator even comes on this forum anymore?😕

I don't think anyone has to leave this thread. As long as no one calls mythological characters names, and nothing gets out of countrol, it's alright.

why you guys are fighting over religion😕. we cannot change the belief of other. it is faith which matter.Lord Krishna says in Gita that the overriding influence on our faith is the three modes of nature: goodness, passion, and ignorance. For example, good people tend to be favorably disposed toward God. In other words, their connection with the mode of goodness inspires belief in God. If they are bashing pious people of our scriptures its not their fault. either they haven't read our scriptures in detail or they want to attract attention.if they are not going to respect god they are not good. let them believe what they choose to and we believe what we should 😛. the best way to ensure peace is to ignore the things we don't like. let begin some constructive discussion rather than waisting more of over time in this futile discussion. sometime it feels bore.

Woow..nice discussion...But I wonder how some people are being allowed to get away with calling the most respectful characters of the Epic with such horrid names...👎🏼

Well my favorites of MB:

1.Lord Krishna
2.Arjuna
3.Bhishma
4.Draupadi
5.Vidhur...

And Karna is a fine example of a person who could have been, but never was, because of his acid mouth and misplaced priorities...He was overcome by his thamasic traits, just like Duryodhan,Dushasan and all the other baddies out there...Just because he did a couple of good things, doesn't make him equal to the Pandavas, let alone being better than them😲...I just fail to understand on what grounds people are even comparing him with the other Pandavas...😲😕

BTW, I read some people saying Karna, Duryodhan and co went to the Heaven despite all the sins they have commited...Guys they did go to heaven, but only for a brief period, that is until their good deeds allowed them to...Later they went back to the Hell to redeem themselves of their bad karma...

I have a question about Krishna as well.

How can he have 16000 wives for himself? If that was a precedent followed by all powerful men, lesser men would have no wives.
