i dnt get it. ishan is balraj n pammi nanda's son buh then the other epi they showed his grandchildren n now i just saw pallavi 😕. could some1 explain y balraj n pammi nanda wud want a son when they have grandchildren his age? or i'm i getting it wrong? n how is pallavi related😕, cuz i get the feelin she took chotu😡
