Guys, I know there's already an update for today's episode but I'd written this before I went out for dinner and there was no update then. I got back after a few hours and there was...😕 And well, I thought I'd just post it anyway since I'd typed the whole thing out. The other update is by Brandy. 😳 Enjoy!
Highlights of today's episode:
There is a voice over giving the recap of the two mega episodes, ending with the tape where Mayuri kills Gayatri. And Janki collapses, in shock and tears.
A flashback with Gayatri wanting a braclet of Parvati. More flashbacks of happy times with Gayatri. Janki is heart-broken.
Shikar apologizes to Mayuri that he cldn't keep the secret anymore. (OMG!! He's a good guy!! And we thought he was evil. *Shocked*) He tells her Janki knows that she was the murderer. Very nice scene where he's really nice and promises to keep her safe, at any cost. (Awwww! I like him now.) He puts his head in her lap, tears in his eyes.
Janki is wondering why Mayuri killed Gayatri. Kamal finds her crying. Janki tells him the whole story. Kamal is shocked. Janki says the skeleton is Gayatri's and was killed by Mayuri. Kamal tells her to stay in control and that together they'd find out why Mayuri did this. He says that the purpose for which she became Janki has to be fulfilled. Suddenly Janki's expression changes and Kamal realizes something is up. He turns out to find Suvarnaji. Kamal thinks the game is up now that she knows the truth. But Suvarna says that she knew this truth from before. Kamal is shocked. She says that whether she's in Parvati's or Janki's form, her purpose is 'insaaf'. For so many years she's worked for something, now is not the time to lose courage. Kamal says "so this was all a plan?" and Suvarnaji says "you think Trishna is making us dance to her tune? Actually she is the puppet. I'm doing all this for Parvati."
Janki says that Suvarna was one of the people who helped her so many years ago. Kamal thanks her and gets emotional.
Vandy masi is looking after badi maa and they are all wondering why they were kidnapped. They say it's all Janki's fault. But now badi maa knows the truth that she's Parvati and feels bad that everyone is blaming her.
Pranay comes to meet Monishka (Mallishka?? Whatever, she sucks.) They discuss the places where his book will be launched and how it's a big event. Mallishka gets all arrogant again when Pranay thanks her. She says that a good friend is helping with the launch. Adi walks in. Pranay is furious. And Adi is not happy either. He refuses to help launch Pranay's book and insults his book saying it's boring. A fight breaks out, with both of them insulting each-other. Adi walks off in anger. Mallishka yells at Pranay for fighting with Adi and leaves too. (Ok, I don't get how Pranay can find her naatak attractive!)
Adi calls Janki and asks if there was anything in Mayuri's diary that he had given her. Janki says it was all half sentences which were hard to understand and asks to meet Mayuri somewhere outside. Adi agrees.
Mythali and Tanu try to comfort a crying Pragati. Pragati tells Mythali she doesn't know what it's like to lose your love and Mythali feels very bad (thinking of Pranay). Tanu tells Pragati to fight back. Pragati says she cannot fight against Trishna. She says she'll kill herself if she has to marry that awful guy. Tanu calls her weak and that she has to help herself in this world. They leave. Ankit calls Pragati. He tells her she can't marry that guy. He asks to meet her somehow. Pragati says she'll try.
Adi brings Mayuri to meet Janki. Mayuri gets into the car and Adi stays behind. Janki tells him Shikar should not know about this but Shikar sees then as they're driving off. End.
Rating: 6/10
The only interesting thing today was Shikar turning out to be the good guy.
