Would you every consider taking KHKT to an OTT platform?

No... see Kahan Hum Kahan Tum is done, it’s over. You know there’s no point in living in your past. No point in bringing back things that have already been done. You always need to think fresh. I will probably think of something better than Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum for the OTT platform, a 110%.

This is an extract of thr interview of sikchand and the line which killed me and hurt me a bit. I get it the producer is clearly hurt, but he's maturely and gracefully accepted to the fact that he's gonna end the show. But what about us? What about us fans who gave so much love? It's a rhetorical question because I'm not expecting any answer for this.

It pains me that we're not going to see more of Ronakshi. So much more to explore. I'm sad. I'm upset. And it isn't a closure, it's a sudden shutter to our Ronakshi desires. Sikchand really is sorted and if definitely going to get Karan on board but he isn't that certain on Deepika. I wish he gets them together for some future project.

I really admire all you people who've taken so much effort to hold the show and I don't want to give any words of discouragement so you don't have any regrets of not trying till the end.

Also brilliant questions from quint. Who ever authored the questions deserves applause. He asked every question which any one in the forum would ask

You're right. Article affected me as well. He was bitter but had kindly choice of words. He didn't say I'll stop making shows for channel by being emotional. Rather, he was composed and said I'll make crap to feed the crap channel in the most sophisticated manner.👏

I wonder how he's over his baby, KHKT, that he's not wanting to take it to online platform. He had a day made show for success, with brilliant trps then what's the problem

I feel for him but don't blame him for not wanting to take it to OTT. The fact that he's explicitly called out the story ahead tells us how much past caring he is. As a creator, once the story is past a point, the characters have been made to do things unlike their normal selves, then there is little left to retain that original interest level. The creator himself would be in conflict because he'd be telling himself that Rohit/Sonakshi aisa nahi kar sakte. So after that, it's pretty much like bhaad me jaao which he has again said in so many words. I'm glad that his annoyance is evident in his words and if nothing, then at least the fans know that he's as upset as them for having ruined the show.

I felt the same regarding getting Karpika together. he is very certain to bring karan but not Dipika. Not sure why. They have an excellent chemistry but we dunno why he is skeptical about bringing Dipika rather he said he will say Karan to bring chemistry like he has with Dipika.
Felt bad for Dipika. She is such a phenomenal actress and Karan has immense respect to her.

I guess everyone have their favourites abd you'd repeat one you're really close to. Dipika is a thorough professional maybe that's why on a personal level they didn't click, in the friendly way, laughing it away, like how some colleagues do. In our own office we may have preferences so maybe it's as simple as that. 😒

You are right but when a couple makes magic onscreen and he know fans are dying for them why not just say he will . I was a little upset with his words. I know he is honest in his interview and kind of understand he respects her as a thorough professional but felt a little biased towards Karan. Both Karan and Dipika respect each other and compliment each other and we can see their off-screen friendship carried away to onscreen which is creating magic.

I also felt bad for Dipika kakar. She is a beautiful and phenomenol actress.Despite being bad health, she gave her 100% to Sonakshi character and KHKT. She is very professional actress. OK. I hope Dipika get some really good project after KHKT. All the best to her.

Sicku's Interview left me emotional but at the same time I am happy that he decided to end the show when it is in its highest position. He didn't beg for the TRP and extension and chose to walk proudly.
